Western States installed our HVAC and our Tankless Water Heater. They have provided the very best service over the years and are always on time. The techs are super friendly and they always do what they can to save us money on things we need. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for HVAC systems or repair.

So far everytime that someone from this company has come out they have been very polite, clean, and respectful. The work they do is quick and done correctly. Will continue to call them to come when I need work done.

Josh was simply amazing getting us taken care of and restoring our hot water when both of our water heaters broke. He was friendly, personable and most important professional in all of his work! I highly recommend Western States Home Services and appreciate their quick professional way they got us taken care of!! I also was so impressed that Josh was the first repairman to compliment my current choice of fixtures and equipment in my home. I have always had repairman who criticize what I put into my home and want me to change it to their suggestion. Josh never tried to sell me on extras which I greatly appreciated!!

Western States Home did our initial AC installation in 2013, and everything was exemplary. When we needed service, Austin came to our house within 2 hours. He was friendly, informative and finished the job quickly. Such a great experience. We'll probably ask for him specifically, should we ever need maintenance or repairs.

Cesar was my install technician and all seems to be working fine. The staff at Western States Home Services were awesome from the start. I spoke with Andrea about a handful of times and she was always professional, upbeat and very assuring! The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is the original tech didn’t show for the originally scheduled appointment.
