Your representative Mike Dixon arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. He was very informative about other services that your company offers. He gave me solutions on how to make my heating and air conditioning units preform better and gave me quotes for upgrading my thermostats to take advantage of my units capabilities.

Amazing and very thorough inspection of the air-conditioning units for a house we intended to buy. Steve came out and took a look and let us know what was wrong and what would it cost to fix them correctly. Was certainly Peace of mind knowing what we're getting ourselves into. what was even nicer it said he got us into right away since we were in our inspection. We had very limited time to respond. Highly recommend!

We have always had good experience with Western States. Kenneth L. serviced our AC today and he took care of the problem in a reasonable time-frame and provided a good description of the work performed. We have a semi-annual service agreement with Western, so they come out to check the system in Spring and Fall. We find this maintenance beneficial and convenient. Overall we find Western States to be reliable and professional, and we recommend their services.

Western States is awesome. They honor their service plan and we’re amazingly responsive to an AC issue in July. I had a capacitor replaced a year ago by them and bought the service/maint plan with it. The emergency visit was covered under the plan and the new capacitor was too. I thought they were going to ding me for something but they didn’t and I respect that. I’d recommend them, their communication/text of who the tech is and when they’ll be arriving is best in class.

We had two new units installed in 2017 and have been very happy with their service. Kenneth L. has been here twice for our seasonal checkups and has done a great job! We have been a customer of Western States for about 5 years (2 years plus at our previous home and trust them to service our heating and A/C. We feel comfortable in recommending them, given their history of service with us. We are very pleased.

Our air conditioner stopped working this Sunday afternoon. Michael came out immediately, diagnosed and resolved the problem. He was very friendly, courteous and thorough in his explanation of the problem. The cost was very reasonable and the service was exceptional. We really appreciate the speedy service.
