Western States were Fast and attentive company, very professional, communicated every time their rep was on his way, I always say” judge companies by the people they employ “Josh was friendly, pleasant, and a true professional, gave us a free estimate.
We asked him to do the work as it was the most reasonable we received,.
Josh came back on Sunday on his day off to get the job done, because we needed the job done quick, he was on time, efficient, thorough, and cleaned after himself.
what a great pro, explained all he did, he stayed long enough to make sure everything was running the way it should.

He did a great job , is very gracious , respectful and helpful . He gave me some great suggestions for setting up my new water heater. I am very happy. :D)

Always great service! I decided to purchase a new A/C last summer rather than spend a lot of money repairing a 9 year old unit.

Mike Dixon ( service tech) is amazing! He is extremely knowledge as well as helpful & personable! I never feel rushed! He answers all of my concerns/questions.

Giving this 4 stars because the logistics of the scheduling system was terrible. My appointment for ac repair was scheduled between 11 and 2. At 230 get the call from the tech that he has someone before me yet and that the system only tells him the next 2 appointments. That is not on the tech, but on the software he is required to use. I was rescheduled for first call the next day which was nice.

The tech, Mike Dixon, was great. Explained a lot for me while doing the job and then helped me brainstorm options for why one room was hotter in my house. Really appreciate that collaboration. Will be happy to work with Mike again in the future.

Trevor was a very stand up gentlemen that worked swiftly and adaptively to our AC issue, we have an old carrier system that he fixed with ease. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to get a smart thermostat or any issue fixed. 10/10 would recommend again!

We had an issue where our AC heat pump was blowing hot air continuously and we needed someone to look at it ASAP. We called the office at 4:30 in the afternoon and by 6pm we had a service call. Mike Dixon was very professional, personably and explained what was the problem so we understood. We have dealt with many repair and other service people in Arizona and have not been happy many times with the lack of customer service. This time however we were very pleasantly surprised at the level of competence, professionalism, and ability to quickly assess the problem and give a realistic timeframe to complete the repair. We are very happy with the level of service from Mike and look forward to working with him to keep our heat pumps functioning as they should.

The whole experience was great. They called to let me know who was coming (name, phone number, picture, etc.). Josh called to give me a more accurate time of arrival. Once he got here, he looked it over and it was all explained and we had options given to us. 15 minutes later it was all completed and we were back in business. We were very pleased.
