Western states home services sent us their technicians Rolando and Alex to remove our old unit and install our new one. Both were friendly and professional. They gave us an exceptional experience while they were in our home. They both took pride in their work. They spent the time talking to us, answering questions, explaining the new system, how it works, how to operate the thermostat including the App for use from out devices. They went above and beyond by fixing an opening behind the inside unit that had a space between the unit and air handler. Some other company probably would not have cared enough. cleaned up and went above and beyond

I find this company very honest, reliable and trustworthy. They have installed my air conditioner, water softner, and water heater. Each on their team has been educational and honest. They keep track of when checkups are due and let you know. Their plumber and air/ heat techs that have come here are always polite and never pushy.
