My heater was out for 3 weeks. FACT totally let me down and damaged my system. Steve came by arranged to install new heat and a/c. Huge price I did not expect but I went with it Cesar installed the new carrier 4 ton . Stayed warm last night. Problem solved. Only issue was how much it cost. I've done business with Western before.

Kenneth Lewis was polite, knowledgeable, explained the condition of my AC units and checked heating maintenance.

Matt sealed our duct work in a very professional and friendly manner. He explained every detail of what he would do and the final report. He filled out the paperwork for our SRP rebate.

We had Josh come over to check out a potential leak and he was very friendly and very honest. We determined that the damage that was done was from a past leak and no longer a problem. He could have tried to up sell us to have more testing done but he was very up front with his assessment and saved us a lot of money. Thanks Josh!

Jason, Rolando, Alec, and the rest of the folks back at the office did a terrific job replacing our blower motor on our air handling unit and got us back out of the 100 degree heat within 24 hours. There was regular and useful communication from the dispatchers and the repair guys by phone and text, and there was always a helpful voice answering the phone when you called the main number.

The blower motor was under warranty so parts were covered by Carrier and the cost of two visits with a proper diagnosis and install was 800. Jason spent extra timing double-checking the diagnostics and and Rolando and Alec took extra time to adjust the condensation pan and blow out the line. All the guys took pride in their work, made useful recommendations, and took time to explain things (which even including on-the-job video from Rolando). I would definitely call Western States for future HVAC needs.

After 3 days of drama llama with another heating and air-conditioning company, we finally got lucky enough to have Kenneth come to our home this morning and save my husband and I from a divorce!! He has 21 years of experience and he immediately identified the problem, and took my husband up on the roof and showed him. He repaired the problem and we are going to be purchasing our next air conditioning unit from this company because that’s how happy we are with our service today!! From my very first phone call to coming into a house that is now cool… nothing but superior service. Thank you!! ****UPDATE**** Tony hooked us up with a new Bryant unit at an amazing price after our unit crashed and burned. 2 days later we are no longer suffering in a 98 degree home. The installation crew was professional and friendly.

Justin West is a knowledgeable, skilled plumber who is also very professional, kind and courteous. We are the process of remodeling our master bathroom. We had Justin install a shower valve, raised the height of the shower head, capped off plumbing to the tub and capped the tub drain. He also removed and installed a new updated kitchen faucet. That was all we had scheduled him to do. But when we pulled out our toilet the day before the water valve to the toilet began to leak. I sent him a message requesting the additional repair and he had no problem with taking the extra time to do so. He charged a fair price for all the work he did. We plan to hire him again.

We chose to take advantage of Western States HVAC and Plumbing maintenance program. They have been servicing our system for a couple years .
I have had Jason on my HVAC and Brandon did my water heater and plumbing inspection today.
I love the communication with this company and appreciate the extra customer service in helping me understand the workings of our system and what we as homeowners can do.
