I would HIGHLY recommend Red Mountain AC to anyone and everyone!! The unthinkable happened to us. On the first 111+ degree day of the Summer, on a Saturday afternoon, our main AC unit suddenly gave out. With little kids and pets in the house, I wanted to get the issue addressed right away. Upon calling Red Mountain AC, Tim answered the call; very friendly, polite, professional and considerate. He assured me that they would be out later that same day to get things looked at. Only a few short hours later, on a holiday weekend no less, JD showed up. JD quickly identified the issue and provided a number of reasonable options. We decided to put in a new unit in place of the one that had broken (rather than try and fix it). To my ongoing surprise and delight, JD committed to coming the very next day, Sunday, to install the new unit for us. As promised, JD was on time and got right to work. Within a few hours we were completely back up and running!! All said, Red Mountain saved us from a tight jam, producing a near miraculous outcome, with terrific communication and honesty and all in LESS than 24 hours!! These guys should be given an award for their excellence. If you're someone searching around for an AC provider and come across my review, take my advice, stop the search, call Red Mountain AC now, ask for JD (the best in the biz to me!) and you won't regret it. For almost two weeks I have been contacting various air conditioning service companies in the Scottsdale, AZ area and Red Mountain Air Conditioning turned out to be the clear winner. Tim's attention was quick, very instructive, and without pressure to sell extras that I did not need. I spoke to him on a Thursday afternoon and by noon the next day he had my new TRANE air conditioning unit perfectly installed for a fairly reasonable price. The team of technicians led by Jhovan did an excellent installation, and they were very respectful and efficient. I know that I cannot be in better hands. I’ve bought two HVAC systems from Red Mountain and had a repair done on a rental house. I’ve also referred Red Mountain to family members. They are straight shooters. No gimmicks. They give you a fair price and then there’s not much negotiating. John P is the rep I always use. He’s trustworthy and helpful.

Our AC unit, which was older than years went out unexpectedly. I called Red Mountain and they promptly sent out Tim to evaluate our situation. Tim indicated that indeed the AC unit needed repair bit it would be most cost effective to replace the unit. So, Tim determined what our AC requirements were and provided us, while at our home, with a quote on a new system. We agreed and the new unit was promptly installed 3 days later. I was impressed with both the professionalism of Tim and the Red Mountain installation team. I would highly recommend the Red Mountain Company.

After a "to be determined" post with regard to an Issue with a new unit that was leaking from excess pipe condensation, i am here to say- Red Mountain AC has come thru for me. After a drywall issue that caused damage in a new bathroom, service personnel having to make an emergency visit and additional contractors to resolve the issue- Red Mountain never swayed in taking responsibility and offering any assistance in locating servicemen and/or in the end, covering all costs associated with the repair. This company was referred to me by a friend and i am here to say, i am so glad i decided to go with Red Mountain Air. Few companies these days put their clients first...this company does. I even got a message of apology from the owner. So it is not only those things- it is that today i am sitting in a nice cool room writting this- a room that just last year would have been sweltering because of the ac unit and lack of vents. So thanks Red Mountain- you make Arizona a place to live comfortably. Nice work!

I always recommend Red Mountain Air. They respond very quickly with honest, knowledgeable technicians for inspections and repairs. Repairs are done at a fair price. I've used Red Mountain Air for many years at my rental properties as well as at my home.

When it's time to replace your A/C they will sell you a great quality unit (Trane) at a price lower than competitors. Tim Friederich their sales person is very knowledgeable and works to give you a good price. I recently had to replace 3 units and am very happy with the installation and follow up. I recommended them to my neighbor and they are happy with their new A/C system as well. Red Mountain Air even handled the rebate process for me. Thanks Red Mountain Air.

We had a terrific experience with Red Mountain Air Conditioning from the beginning. John Pisano answered all our questions, recommended the unit we needed and his installers showed up on time and did a very professional installation. We are delighted!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Red Mountain Air Conditioning (RMAC) and their team (Roberto; Junior and Luis Jr.) who replaced our existing A/C split system with a new Trane System last week (6/8-9/22). The team did an exceptional job. They were professional, well organized; very experienced, efficient and friendly. They were all a pleasure to work with on the two day job. They were also "tough as nails" as unfortunately the temps were 100+/- which make working in an attic and outside sun quite challenging. These folks handled it with ease and professionalism. A few days after the work was complete I had the opportunity to inspect the furnace install in the attic and found it to be very impressive and top quality. These days it can be very difficult to find companies with a staff of such "high caliber" folks. These three gentlemen are an outstanding reflection of RMAC and we look forward to the opportunity to work with them again in the future.

Red Mountain has consistently had fantastic customer service. We have used them for years for our twice yearly checkups. This year we purchased a new ac unit. Tim was so helpful in finding us the right system and solution for our house. We can't believe the difference now that it is installed. We highly recommend Red Mountain for all of your heating and cooling needs.

Replaced two roof AC units. Got a bid from Tim and the installation was scheduled within one week. Got another bid on the same units from another company that was 4K over RM's bid and even though they offered to negotiate, I declined their bid.
Have to give A+ to Red Mountain on this project. Everything went exactly as planned. All courteous professional installers, all equipment functioned as planned. Many thanks to Red Mountain, I will recommend to all of my neighbors.
