I came home from vacation to find my AC went out. I contacted
Western States at 5:30 PM and spoke with Tony. He scheduled one of his Techs to arrive first thing the next morning. I was so happy for the quick turn around. Tech/Steve was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part quickly.
All in all a terrible situation was resolved and my home was cool again.
I highly recommend Western States.

I made an appointment with Western States Home Services to have my water heater flushed. The Technician was Trevor McCloskey, he was very knowledgeable, called before he came and arrived ready to work. He is very personable, did a wonderful job and explained everything about what he was doing and I could not believe how much hard water debris came out of the hose down my driveway, I know Mesa water is 'hard' but this was a lot more debris, for a water heater under three year old than I would have ever expected. Thanks to Mr. McCloskey the water heater is nice and clean and he cleaned up after himself and explained about other items I might want, but no pressure at all. I would definitely tell my neighbors about this Company and how knowledgeable their Tech was in his job. Thank you so much.

Ken took the time to explain to me the lifetime warranty that Western State Home Service was offering.
He was very patient when I asked him a bunch of questions and scenarios.

Casey showed up promptly and provided a quick assessment of our heating unit. He thoroughly discussed options and took the time to explain “step by step” the work that was needed. He was very professional and I appreciated his outstanding customer service!!

Just had our HVAC serviced by Western States. They installed the unit 4 years ago and gave us free service for 10 years on the unit. They do an excellent job every time they come out. Mike Dixon was our technician and he even changed my filter and washed down the outside unit while he was here. Very nice, respectful young man with a great company. 5 stars for you Mike!

I am very impressed with the knowledge, the work ethic, and the friendliness of Jason as he came to maintain our air conditioners today. He was very helpful and could answer all the questions that I asked! Making an appointment and getting him here at the time he said he would be here it was excellent!I will definitely have him come back and service the air conditioners again.

Trevor was so great and very knowledgeable! He explained everything that was going on with our A/C and thermostat system. He also helped us install our new ecobee and gave us some helpful tips. Thank you so much and if something else comes up, we’ll definitely be calling and asking for Trevor!

Ken with Western States Home Services was awesome while doing a repair on our AC that we have a warranty on. He was here within 15 minutes of our scheduled time, walked me through the issue, fixed it, and provided guidance on how I can improve the AC electrical unit. A real professional and recommended.

Really glad we chose these folks. We have an annual membership, so they come by twice a year to do heating and cooling maintenance. That gives us a significant discount off parts etc.

Matt was terrific - on time, courteous, thorough, efficient. He was patient as he showed me how things worked. Advised me about lowering cooling costs and keeping our equipment running smoothly.

And, I got an email with photos of the inspection.
