Every technician they have sent to my home from the initial afterhours service call through the installation has been phenomenal. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were taken care of. We had an emergency water main leak and needed repair asap. Rainforest tech Ryan arrived quickly, and was able to determine immediately what needed to be done. The water company needed to be called to shut the water off, and he offered to make that call for me. He coordinated the repair, completed the repair, and then waited for the water company to arrive to turn water back on to ascertain everything was working properly. He was courteous, prompt, professional and informative before, during and after the entire service. He completely returned the area back to the original condition, and cleaned up. I would highly recommend Rainforest to anyone needing this type of service. Ryan made me feel comfortable and confidant that when he left there, everything would be back to the way it was. And he delivered. Thank you Ryan!

I have used Rainforest several times. They are very professional every time. The customer service on the phone is very helpful and polite.The techs are great - I appreciate how knowledgeable and professional they are. When our water heater went out they installed a new one very quickly, and did a great job. Very happy! Will definitely use again.

Called for diagnostic, paid for diagnostic after they checked it out and took off my ceiling panel to my AC. They immediately left without replacing the panel. I tried all day to get it back up myself with my boyfriend and couldn’t so we called back. They told us they wouldn’t come back without charging us again JUST to put up the AC panel that THEY TOOK DOWN. Tech called back to tell me he wouldn’t waste his gas on that. So now I have a gaping ceiling hole I can’t cover. Now I have to find another AC repair just to put the cover back on until we get the new AC. Do not recommend as this is apparently how they usually leave places.

I live at the Venu at Grayhawk condominiums and rainforest plumbing was called for a unit beneath me 1179 to perform a repair. They were on my roof performing work when they did not have permission to access the roof until 10pm at night on Monday 12/19, they also shut off water to the entire building without notifying anyone. While they were working they damaged the building the next morning none of the units had hot water or heat. They came back to fix what they were trying to repair tuesday. However my unit and the unit below me both did not have heat or hot water. The venu management called and I the homeowner of one of the effected units called as well in which rainforest refused to come out and fix the damage they had caused to the other units and to the building. So we went the whole holiday weekend without heat. Called again they still refused to come out and fix the units and building. I called a different hvac company that came out and fix the issue. Due to rainforests mistakes we went a week without heat and no help from them.

Service and customer relations have deteriorated so much recently that have stopped using Rainforest and shifted to another local company that does a MUCH better job in performance and overall customer relations (Parker Brothers). I don’t know why Rainforest’s attitude and customer service has lost its edge—but they certainly have (and I have let the know and have taken my business to Parker Brothers and have noticed a great and dramatic improvement!!
