Braddlie was a top-notch technician last fall for our heating system check, and didn’t disappoint today for our AC system tune up and check valve install. Professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Very respectful, provided thorough explanations, showed patience and interest in answering my many questions, and demonstrated the professional discipline to adjust the installation of the check valves so as not to damage the unit because the original installer glued the pvc to the unit itself. That experience and discipline to stop and regroup may not have been seen in other techs who could’ve forced it and ultimately snapped the pipe off necessitating the complete replacement of the unit. I ultimately spent more then I’d hoped to spend in nursing our aging units another few years, but he understood my position of “maintain them correctly now and get a few more years” so we can ultimately replace the systems on our time later versus being backed in a corner in the heat of July because we tried to save a few bucks today. No high pressure sales pitch whatsoever. We appreciate the the professionalism and willingness to help us make informed decisions about our HVAC needs.

They arrived when they said they would. They fixed the soft start that different company installed that was not working correctly. Along with the repairs they did a tune up to make sure the AC is ready for the summer.

Because I joined the Cabana Club I received a discount on the repair making the club close to free, and we get another tune up in the fall so it's saving money.

They were called to troubleshoot an issue with my HVAC system, and before they looked at anything I was asked when my home was built (2007), and the 2 repair techs promptly kept trying to convince me that I needed new AC systems. Upon diagnosing that I needed a new control board on my air handler, I was quoted $2500 for that part being installed! Total crap, had done this on an exact other unit for less than $500 a few years, ago. Kicked them out of my house, and had another local HVAC firm install a new board for $500. Goodbye Rainforest, will make sure no one that I know uses you guys.

My experience with Eric over at our apartment complex at Serena Park in Glendale was Above and Beyond.
Being in the Multifamily industry for almost 17 years, I have found that professional and quality work is hard to come by (especially in today's market).
We had a issue at approximately 12:30 in the afternoon. I reached out to another well-known and reputable plumbing company, but did not get a reply after 3 hours. Now I know that Rainforest is a bit higher in cost than the others, but with what happened today, it goes to show they are well worth it. The technician, Eric, was very helpful and patient in our emergency. He did contact me when he got on site and informed me of what he could do to fix the situation. I gave him several options of what we were looking for and he went for beyond what I thought was possible.

During the initial fix, Eric found a 2nd problem that I was not aware of. It was another leak further down. The resident down stairs was not home, So I was expecting this was the end of the repair until tomorrow, leaving the resident with no water. Eric could of called it, but he didn't. He came up with a possibility, but it was a stretch. Eric called me back about a hour later. Not only did he provide a video of his repair but photos as well. He called to confirm the repair was completed and that he was off to his next job. Rainforest maybe a little more expensive, but after this experience, they are worth every dime.

Very smooth and easy from start to finish.From management to installers they are all very attentive and informative throughout the job.I would recommend them anyday over Parker and Sons. They are not good about getting back to you and more expensive.

Rainforest has been a reliable and honest source for service for all our plumbing and AC needs. They have recently serviced our hot water heater and subsequently we had them replace our AC unit. They were timely, professional and the most competitive price. When you have someone you trust, you spread the word, and Rainforest has our confidence and will earn yours too.
May 2020 Update: We just had rainforest replace our second A/C unit and they continue to exceed our expectations. Their honesty and transparency with our upgrade were second to none. Spencer on the sales and the install crew were professional and took care of our home throughout the process.

You get what you pay for! Full disclosure - I thought estimate was high initially but unforeseen modifications needed to be made for my new h20 heater to fit and the guys made the modifications professionally.... at no extra charge. They even offered extras like flushing out my pipes so that the price would be more palatable to me. Their main objective was for me to feel comfortable with the process and satisfied. I was both. Also, this was the only company in town willing to come out same day and, from dispatchers to techs, everyone was friendly and respectful. Ebbie and Anthony were unbelievably kind, knowledgeable and hard working. So, I guess my point is that it is unquestionably worth it to pay a premium price for a premium service. You just can't put a price on peace of mind.

An emergency situation of water overflowing my kitchen sink. They arrived within the hour and rootered and removed the the stoppage in the drain. I am in a 4 story Condo with the pipes stacked so their quick response saved flooding to 3 other condos. Hats off to this wonderful company. I will sing their praises to as many of the 772 residents here as I possibly can. Another company that did close to $80,000 of business here this last year couldn't seem to find time until the next day (insane in an emergency situation). Wish I could name them so others could avoid them. Rainforest is the best. Thank you for saving the day

For a job that was impending and my plumber not being able to schedule it due to a back log, I found Rainforest Plumbing. I am used to a certain level of service and completely understand what was needed. Along with knowing the approximate cost of the job. All the employees that I ran into at Rainforest are definitely professional. My Technician Rob sold the project, which was a water heater and softener install. He worked with me and based upon the products that I wanted did the leg work to find them. He also keep their numbers right where I needed them. He installed everything yesterday and I have to say that I am very pleased. I think that you find the same situation.
