Rainforest Plumbing & Air Conditioning Repair

When I called the people on the telephone were kind and efficient. They scheduled someone as early as possible. The first team arrived almost on schedule but they were unable to perform the work. This was a disappointment because they sent residential AC repair when I told them it was likely an entire pipe replace. The team was kind and courteous but they couldn't do the work, yet they stayed AND billed for 2.5 hours. When the person with the right skills arrived he was efficient and knowledgeable, professional the entire time even though there were some unexpected surprises.. Near the end of the fix the first team once again arrived without notice for training. My place is small and I was unable to continue working at my desk due to the distraction and conversation. Also, after being charged for 2.5 hours previously the last thing I wanted to do was to pay for their training. I understand they are just green in their position but still... The person who actually fixed the leak, I would request him every time. His work, work ethic and expertise made up for the rest and now I no longer have a drip. I apologize for not getting his name.

Had Jesse come out to install our kitchen faucet. He was awesome! On time, professional and quick! Definitely will use Rainforest Plumbing again.

I have nothing but good things to say about Rainforest. They did a fantastic job installing our reverse osmosis system and installing our air purification system. I will gladly call them again for all future needs.

Contact with the business the day of a problem developing at my home. I was greeted with a very friendly voice on the other line who is very efficient and professional. I had a service done later that afternoon and they were on time. They were truthful and honest and did not try to gouge numbers. Very grateful to have found this company as I will be using them for my commercial properties that I manage as well as residential.

My toddler flushed his underwear down the toilet, so we immediately called Rainforest! The technician was so nice, he made sure everything was still in working order and the pipes were clear. He explained how the pipes worked and the process of it all, so I was left with the peace of mind knowing my toilet and pipes weren’t going to back up and flood the house! Rainforest is always a pleasure to work with!!

I recently bought a new 16 SEER 2 stage heat pump and air handler from Rainforest. It was quite expensive ($15,000), but it seems to be a very good unit. I was later surprised to find out that I also needed a new zone control board which cost around $1600.

Service was a little late but not a big deal.
Rob was great, instantly told me my cost and completed his job swiftly and with confidence.
Also he noted another problem in the system which I also had a concern with and asked for it to be repaired.
I liked Rob and if you get him on your project you should feel at ease with his knowledge and expedience of completing the task.
Very happy I called Rainforest for my service needs and the experience I had with Rob.

Rob was great! We received same day service from Rainforest which was great. Rob looked for ways to help us get the best service for the best price which we certainly appreciate. He was polite, wore a mask and shoe covers. The service was timely taking care of our problem and getting us back to draining. Thanks Rainforest.
