Walter did a amazing job and was very clean and professional. Very knowledgeable when asked about the water softner and did a very good job Installing it would definitely recommend for any kind of plumbing and ac needs. I am very excited for years to come to have soft water thankyou rainforest.

I have Rainforest Plumbing do all my sewer scope inspections for my clients when purchasing a home and they do a fantastic job. Adam is always on time, detailed and does a fantastic job.

Don’t not recommend. They sent out a kid to try and snake a clog in my apartment. He ran the snake so far it got stuck in my neighbors pipes so after completely trashing my apartments kitchen he cut four holes in my ceiling and trashed my storage room. Very unprofessional Business practices considering I had a large amount of expensive camera gear in the room they tore up. Do not go with rain forest. They have come out three times and everytime something goes wrong. Check the photos to see the condition my apartment was left in after Matt’s visit. Also forgot to mention that this took two days and 16 hours to complete.

I needed to replace my 28 year old ac unit. I called around to many other companies who gave me outrageous quotes. I then called Rainforest plumbing & air and not only was their quote a lot cheaper, they truly stood behind their “5 star experience”. They made this process extremely stress free for me! All from the start of customer service on the phone, to the professional technicians showing up doing a quality job has me leaving this review. The technicians were very considerate of my property and gained my business for many years to come. If you are looking for a good trustworthy company who gets the job done then definitely don’t hesitate to call Rainforest plumbing & air.

Rainforest is a business with integrity. I received a phone call immediately upon request. They charged up my old system free of charge to get us through a hot weekend. Scott, Eddie and Eric were courteous and respectful of our property. They cleaned up after themselves. I want to thank Rainforest for upgrading our compressor at no extra charge to us due to an accident in their warehouse. Some companies would not do that. The financing was easy as well. We would recommend Rainforest to anyone and I have already posted my satisfaction on my FB page

Jay is an amazing technician came out and inspected my unit was punctually on time to the ETA and had my AC unit repaired and fixed quickly!

I have been using Rainforest at my business for about a year and couldn't be happier. Jay came out the first time for an issue with a rooftop AC units and now I make sure Jay comes to all of our service calls. He was so knowledgeable and friendly, going out of his way to ensure I knew what the problem was. He leads the team on our preventative maintenance plan because he knows our system inside and out! I've dealt with vendors before that want to be left alone as they work on MY equipment, but Jay showed me the basics and even some easy troubleshooting/fixes.

We've used the folks at Rainforest Plumbing & Air for years. January 2021 we had them replace both of our AC units. A really nice, competent tech came to do a regular service visit and informed me that one of the units did not have a Start Kit installed when the units were installed. That unit is blowing capacitors. He strongly recommended we install the Start Kit. At the time, he didn't realize that they did the installation (versus some other company). Once I let him know and he verified it, the $1,000 Start Kit that should have been installed in January 2021 went from a strong recommendation to an energy efficiency recommendation. Sketchy--BEWARE. They are not standing behind their installation--the fact that the installation on one unit lacked what they consider essential/standard equipment for an AC installation. They did a poor installation in January 2021, it got caught now, and they're not standing behind their work. Prior to this, they had been a solid, trustworthy company, but their customer service culture is certainly changing. They had always been a little pricey, but they were good and responsive. Things seem to be changing, though. Be careful...

I was not there physically during the installation. My tenant who lives at the premise dealt with the installer, Patrick Tiner, for the entire installation process. Per my tenant, he was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable in the field. He kept the premise very clean during the installation process. Since I was located remotely in another state, he was very nice to send me photos of before and after pictures of the HVAC system. Overall, I am very pleased with Rainforest Plumbing and Air. I would use them again in the future. I have attached some of the picture Patrick took and sent to me.

We called Rainforest Plumbing for an estimate for changing our Reverse Osmosis filters in our water softener system. The technician (Frank) came the same day we called and gave us a reasonable estimate; he will do the work once we receive the filters from the manufacturer. 9/21 - We received the filters and Frank came to install them. He did an excellent job! He explained what he was doing and checked the water dispenser on our refrigerator to ensure it was still working after the new filters were in place. My husband and I highly recommend Rainforest Plumbing for your plumbing needs.
