Stopped by to speak with Ike. What a great shop! Everyone from the receptionist to other employees walking by were so professional. Everyone was very professional and wanted to make sure I was being helped. They pride themselves on treating their employees as family, and it really shows.
If you haven't had the opportunity to work with Rainforest, I highly recommend!

Rain Forrest put hot water heaters in my.complex. They finished my building and covered a hole in my shower with Plexiglas attached by black tape. So above the new shower handle you seem inside the wall. Wood studs and copper pipe.

Whoever did the final inspection must be blind.

Several complaints nothing has been followed up on.

If could give a 10 Star rateing I would had call rainforest to give me a estimate to do a new fresh swamp cooler installation of a custom made swamp cooler that is all stainless steel that I needed to have installed on my roof the first tech that showed up for the estimate was Anthony he is fantastic he started with calling his manager ho is ebb we came to a estimate for my special job I needed to have done.
They did the install and they did a fantastic job this company will bend over backwards to help the costumer .to make a long story short I had 6 different companies that told me they would do the same job and all of them was a no show. The only company that would do it is rainforest ebb is super fantastic keeping his wordhe had to a company to make the parts to complete the installation of this jod. Bruce and 2 of his coworkers did a fantastic job on this installation they are super had works .
This is the best company I have had the pleasure to dill with in a vary long time.
I Will recommend them at any time I give them 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rainforest installed sinks and upgraded toilets in our PreK classrooms. The tech (Marcus) kept us informed throughout the project. The end result was amazing. It was a clean job great quality. I highly recommend Rainforest Plumbing & Air for plumbing services..

Major problem with leaking sewer pipes. Rainforest Plumbing came out and assess the problem, they came back with a price that was acceptable to me but once they repaired the sewer pipes the cost of the job was much less, which was a relief to me. The technician that originally came out who’s name was Paul was the kindest person and knowledgeable about his work and how he performance his job. He also had a helper who Paul worked very well with. I have had many companies in and out since the end of March of 23 and never once have I been impressed with Paul and the company he represents. I have never had worker’s leave my place looking better than it was before they arrived. If I have plumbing problems in the future Rainforest is the company I will be calling.

The Rainforest Service Director did finally contact me and advised that after a review of the work completed there was a billing error due to a newer Technician and they corrected the issue in a few days. We will have them quote on the additional work to be done next month.

Rainforest replaced 8 Angle Stops which at Home Depot range in cost between $10 and $20, the charge materials was $385. The technician was on site for 7 hours and the charge was $1,493. The washing machine when reconnected was leaking and fortunately the Technician was caught before he left the parking lot. However, he had to return the next day to tighten 3 Angle Stops that were dripping. We were fortunate a Contractor was in the unit and caught the leaks as we were away. When asking for details related to the billing I was advised they charge by the job not the hours so if you are going use Rainforest shop around. I have never been contacted by the Service Director to get clarification.

Tonight, was an unexpected turn of events. Emergency water overflow from my neighbors conjoined pipes up through my toilet. I live in a condo, our pipes between our units are connected with a Y joint. I called the HOA and they sent this wonderful team out. Richard listened to everything that happened, he gave a detailed plan of attack on the situation. When the plan didn't go through (no pun intended) as expected he used a camera to find the issue. Immediately, he found it. Told me what needed to be done and called his boss to discuss. We have to await HOA approval in the morning but just the beginning has been a great experience. I am hoping to see Richard for the rest of the repair tomorrow. Thank you Rainforest!!

Tech 50 was the most professional plumber I've meet in a long time he said he been with the company 3 weeks. His knowledge. Is second to none. I don't know their prices are because i'm a renter but if I had tech 50 coming over I wouldn't care because it can be done fast most importantly it's done right!

Zeke did amazing! He was so kind and was great to chat with. He did a great job and got everything fixed in a timely manner. 10/10 couldnt recommend anyone better!

This company needs to go back to basics. Scheduling. They don't know how to schedule. We were going to pay over $6000 to get our ducts cleaned and the upstairs ducting balanced. We got scheduled and rescheduled so many times we gave up. Unless you have a very open schedule keep looking for another company. I won't be renewing their Cabana Club either.
