I received a text, email and phone call from the office letting me know my technician was on the way. Saul showed up in time and was very professional. He took his time and did a thorough check of the HVAC unit. He took photos of everything and then showed me the photos and explained everything. I have never had a heating/cooling company be so thorough and informative. Saul even took the time to help me connect my thermostat to wifi. Great company with attention to detail! I will definitely be using them again!

The technician that worked on our heating system, Saul, was very polite and professional. He ventured up into our attic to access the necessary parts to assess. He explained my options thoroughly and educated me on what the repairs would be.

Carlos was very knowledgeable and gladly shared with me what he was doing each step of the way (including photos.) He was on time, professional and friendly. I want Carlos every time I need air conditioner service:)

We have had our HVAC system replaced twice in 36 years by John's Refrigeration and have been extremely satisfied with the service and continuing maintenance we get from John's. Highly recommend them!

Damian was friendly, thorough, and helpful in his recommendations and explaining what issues we were looking at.

These guys were awesome! Starting with the tech, Brandon to the installer, Martin and crew. Our consultant Mike was very friendly and informative. He came to do a follow-up to make sure the unit was working properly and to make sure we were happy with their service. We were so impressed with how quick and efficient they were. We will definitely recommend and will continue to use their services.

The technician (Nosh) got on time and was polite and considerated, also clean. When explaining the technical information he was very clear and explicit.
The only thing is that I was not expecting the cost of the systems to be so high.

Extremely happy with my service from John's Heating and Cooling. I called this morning because I was having problems with my heat not working, and they were able to send a technician to my house the same day and they got it taken care of. My tech was Damian and he showed right on time, was very professional, and explained everything that was going on. He also told me about the maintenance package they offer, which I eneded going with because it's a good deal for the money. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
