Cameron was very thorough with the inspection and took his time to explain the status and condition of both A/C units and air handlers. It’s this attention to detail that has me using John’s Heating and Air conditioning services every year.

Have been with John's Refrigeration for many years and am more that pleased with their work and service. I feel they do all they can to serve their customers ... including, in my case, during the heat of an Arizona summer my AC "died". They provided a powerful window unit so I could be comfortable until the new AC could be installed. Scored big points with this more thsn satisfied customer!

I used them as a second opinion about a concern I had but would not have a problem using them if I decide to follow through with their recommended fixes.

With the cost of A/C Furnace unit replacement these days dramatically higher than where we were 15 years ago, I carefully researched and priced out my options knowing I needed to replace two Trane units that I have had for 20 years. I decided this was the year that I was going to do it. I received four quotes from companies who each came out and spent a couple hours carefully sizing and assessing the job with the understanding that I wanted to replace both units with Trane units. Bottom line, all four quotes were very comparable cost-wise and I settled on John's because of the thoroughness and explaining the installation process, there was no rush in pushing me to a decision and they facilitated the rebate process with SRP by building the pricing discount into the bid and allowing me to sign over the rebate to John's. I always hate messing with the follow up on rebates that could take up to 6 months, so I appreciated this approach. Once settled on the details of the "go forward", John's install team was quick to coordinate and on the day of the install once I did my part to make both air handler/furnace units accessible, they arrived right on time with two different teams working together to install both units. All said, arrived around 7:30am and were gone by 12:30pm with both units being tested for the AC and heat. One thing they did that I noticed going above the call, was that my concrete pads were slightly tilted with the ground having settled over the 25 years that I have lived here. The install crew dug out under the pads and jacked up the low ends to level them out before installing the new units. I never even asked for the teams to do it, but they did it on their own knowing it was the right way to complete the install. I don't usually like giving reviews until there has been ample time to properly assess the job, but with the track record of Trane and the work I saw last week from the John's team, it is only April here in AZ so I haven't given the units a solid Arizona summer workout, but I like what I saw last week with the work performed by the John's team and have no regrets with the decision to use John's and the Trane AC units.

Noah did an awesome job with our routine maintenance. He was very friendly, professional and informative. We were really appreciative and happy with his service and attitude.

Had Mike R. come to my home May 2021 to do an energy audit on my house and recommend a new A/C HVAC system to replace my 35 year old system. He did a thorough job and even crawled into the attic and saw that one of my ducts was disconnected. Sergio was the supervisor on the installation with great workers like Melvin and Luis. Ivan has provided 2 out of my 3 maintenance service and he is the best! Very thorough and conscientious. I would highly recommend this company!

A/C stopped working late on Saturday. I called first thing Sunday Morning and they were at my house within 3 hours.

Follow up on our service package, Ivan came by & did a phenomenal job. He walked me through what he did & made sure I understood the status of my AC. 10/10 recommend!

I orignally called for a bi-annual checkup. The tech came out at the time given and provided a detailed estimate for the work needed. Since we needed a whole new unit, they even helped us find a company to sell the old unit to for parts.

Mike came out for some cooling issues I'm having. He was very professional, helpful and took his time. I highly recommend John's Heating and Cooling!
