John's Heating and Cooling

I had another company (which advertises on tv) come to my home and said a new ($10k) unit would be the best option for me. I called John's and told them my issue and they sent Mel out to my home the same day to run some diagnostics. Mel spent a good amount time checking out different things and figured out a new capacitor and a compressor saver was all I needed, which saved me a lot of money. Mel was very professional, informative, diligent and probable one of the nicest service people I have ever dealt with. This company is what I would hope all services companies would be like.

Noah was very thorough in completing the inspection of our heating/cooling system. He took his time in checking all components of our system and patiently explained and showed me pictures of all parts he examined and if anything showed wear or showed cause for concern of operation. He made suggestions for what needed repair immediately but without pressure that most salespeople would use. We were very pleased with our service today.

Responded promptly. Found the problem. Ordered part on warranty and when part was available came out promptly. Installed and got us running again. Very professional and respectful of our property. Setup 2 hour appointment window and was informed exactly when they were in route with arrival time within the window. Will use again when necessary but hopefully not anytime soon!

The installers from John's Heating and Cooling arrived on time and got right to work. They were professional and hard working young men. Once installed they checked to make sure all was good and did a great job cleaning up. I am very pleased with my experience with this company.

Very quick, very helpful. Low pressure sales and trustworthy. Courteous techs. Good prices. Replacing an entire system is not something you look forward to, but John's made it as painless and simple as possible.

Jason came out to my house on Saturday and performed an AC preventative service so I don't have to be concerned through the summer. He was extremely Professional and very knowledgeable. He discussed the system results with me and offered options to maintain the life of my system. I would DEFINITIELY recommend them!

I've been using using John's since they installed my new unit 4 years ago, and my parents have been using them for the past decade or so for all their AC needs. John's has been fantastic the whole way through. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and make sure you're getting the best system for your home. I recently had Cameron out to service the system and he did a real quality job. He laid out all the service options, keeping the work within the scope of my system needs, and never trying to upsell me on anything fancy. I would recommend John's to anyone in the valley who seeks quality AC install/repair.

Saul (service technician) was very professional, upfront & knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions & adhered to all of our A.C. needs. We also have to give a shout out to the lady that answered the phone & set our appointment. We highly recommend John's Heating and Cooling.

Technician, Mel, came out to do the maintenance. Found a problem, had to get the part and came out the very next day, his day off, and replaced the part. Great Service. Great People. Friendly, personable, explains every step. They are great.
