Ivan arrived on time and was very efficient and friendly. He explained status of my older heat pump system and gave some options. He did replace one important part. Also did maintenance. Was at my home a couple hours. Right now I'm not running heat or cooling, but assume my system is good to go for the summer. Total bill in $400 range.

James was friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable. He explained what he did, his assessments, and his recommendations so I understood. A very professional and delightful individual. Great service

Bought a new Heat Pump last year to replace my 15 year old conventional AC Unit w/an Elec Heat strip. Had problem last fall w/heating and they came out and fixed it; and then yesterday had a problem w/cooling and they came out today and fixed it. Excellent service both in quick responses and in fixing the problem in short order. Both techs were great!

Our technician, Jason Singh, is extremely courteous & professional. He explained everything very well so we had no questions and felt comfortable knowing we are in good hands. Will never use another company but John’s!

John's Heating did a great job of repair work. The repair person was real friendly and he explained what the problem was and gave me my options of what cost I could choose for the repair work that needed to be done. He asked if I had any questions before work started and he answered some questions I had after the repair work was done. GREAT JOB!!😀

Damian does an excellent job at thoroughly and honestly breaking down the priorities for my system's current needs. I've been using John's Refrigeration for 13 yrs now and I will definitely continue to do so in the future. Thanks for the great service!

We had John's Heating and AC referred to us from some friends. They were excellent! On time, gave options and had our new AC unit on our roof in three hours. Mike was a no pressure salesman with a lot of knowledge and Ben and his crew were very professional with the install. Will recommend to anyone needing a new AC unit!

Saul came and did a thorough inspection of our heating and cooling system. He was respectful and communicative. Went through all the items clearly and did not try to up sell us. Just laid out the facts. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend..
