John's has been in business for multiple decades. My dad used them for our A/C needs when I was a kid. I'm 50 now and when I have an issue with my A/C, I call John's, every time. When I call John's their office staff always answers the phone quickly, listens to me explain my A/C needs and always gets a tech scheduled fast. Their techs are always on time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Noah, one of John's technicians, was at my home today diagnosing an issue. He found the problem quickly, explained the issue and was able to replace my faulty thermostat immediately. Their communication with their customers is second to none whether it's in person, over the phone or via text message / email notifications. As far as I'm concerned, John's is simply the best there is, when it comes to A/C. Thank you to the John's team for being excellent at what you do.
I'm so glad I found these guys! We had been having an intermittent issue with our compressor for over a year. I spoke with a service manager and explained the situation. Noah came out and was awesome! He was very thorough and spent the time to explain what he was seeing and how we should address the issue. I feel so much better going into another summer knowing we no longer have to worry about the problem. The communication from the company from beginning to end was great. I appreciate how professional and competent these guys are!
John's Hearing & Cooling did an excellent job with our AC maintenance. Even came out on Mother's Day!! Carlos the tech was great! He was very respectful & super nice! He explained everything in manner where we understood. He also pointed some things they we may need done in the future!! We are thrilled beyond belief with the excellent service we received! Thank you so much!
Cameron is the man! I came back from a few days away to find my AC not working. I first called that "monkey" place, didn't feel comfortable with what they said or offered so I called John's after reading the many great Google reviews, glad I did! I didn't need a new unit or 4k in parts as first suggested, Cameron got me up and running the same day vs 2-3 days. He spent a good hour on the roof in 113° heat, those other "primates" were up there 10min, then tried to sell me a new unit for 21k, always read the reviews, I hope to see Cameron when my 6 month inspection comes up, a pleasure to deal with.

From scheduling maintenance - which they always call and keep me informed - to the technicians who come out for service. Yesterday, I had Mel come out for the routine maintenance and was so pleased to hear all systems are working well and we are in good shape for the summer! I particularly want to give kudos and appreciation to the service technician who was dispatched to my residence. Mel Brown is a consummate professional who took the time to explain things, and went over every aspect of what needed to be done or completed with my HVAC system. I appreciate his integrity, demeanor, and his easygoing personality. It's rare to witness these days, but John's has definitely got the pros. I recommend asking for him by name if you need to call John's for anything.
Saul from John’s refrigeration came out today to do a 6 month service inspection of our unit. And like always Saul did a great job of letting me know what condition the unit is in and any repairs that may need addressing in the future. We’ve used them for years now, and can always count on them for prompt and honest service.
