My new home got to replace HVAC. My agent recommended this company to me and it really impressed me. Alex came to do the inspection and provided 3 options. I like Alex he is very friendly and responded all my questions super fast! I finally picked the one with 2-stage Trane. The installation was scheduled and done quickly. I am happy with my new heat pump. It is working really well.

I called several companies about replacing my ac system. The rep from Falcon Air was awesome. He answered my questions and was really patient with me. One thing I really appreciated was that Alex didn't try to scare me into using Falcon nor did he bad mouth the competition. That says a lot to me about the integrity of Falcon Air. The complete package they offered was great and i couldnt have asked for a better price. In fact it was considerably less price wise than the others with much better equipment and a 2yr maintenance plan included. The guys who came to do the work, Jacon and Daniel, were awesome. The didn't waste any time and they were thorough in everything thing they did. Jacob especially helped me understand how to work the new thermostat. All in all I have had a great experience and would recommend them to everyone.

Can not recommend this company enough. I called them in a panic on a Monday mid-morning and they were able to fit me in same day. The service tech was so awesome and knowledgable, was able to diagnose quickly and showed me exactly what was wrong with my unit. He had the part in his truck and finished the repair within 15 minutes. Thank you Falcon Air!!

Falcon air was amazing. We got seven (7) quotes from local businesses for new Hvac and we needed three units. Well, Falcon Air had the best overall performance, presentation, customer service, price, cleanliness and professionalism that I've encountered and I've had four different AC companies due my fall and spring maintenance.
With that said, I would highly recommend Falcon Air as I will use them from hence forth.
Alex, you were very professional and courteous and walked me through everything and made it so simple.I would be remiss if I didn't include the rest of the team as they worked hard for two days straight and cleaned after themselves.

Falcon Air Conditioning was wonderful! Alex came out to give us an estimate for a new AC. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful in the decision making process. The installation of our new unit was quick and painless. The installers cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and walked me through how to use the new thermostat. I would recommend Falcon to everyone looking to have a new air conditioner installed!

So happy with Falcon. It has been pretty cold at night and our heat stopped working. Even with their full schedule they made sure they got us taken care of today so we could have our heat working tonight. Service technician was thorough when diagnosing problem, ensuring that nothing else was going on even after he had changed to part we needed. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing experience start to finish! Falcon made an incredibly stressful time as easy as it could be. Everyone from office staff, finance staff to repairmen were informative, accommodating and above all, honest and knowledgeable about their work and service. I had to have a whole new unit installed and they made it happen quick! I have used them in the past for repairs and would recommend them time and time again! 👏👏👏
