Very nice people. Fast service. Tech explains to you the issues with all options and solutions. My AC issue was fixed during the service call. I was not home, so I was able to call office and use my credit card over the phone. Will use Falcon Air again. ☺

Jake did a great job. Falcon will be the number one HVAC company that I would use.

Falcon Air has provided friendly excellent service on my HVAC for many years. They work with my travel schedule to make it easier to have my services performed.

From setting up my appointment to the tech who came out to look at my unit everyone was professional and courteous. Even though a new part was needed from a supply house further away their team worked quick to get my ac back up and running.

We've used Falcon Air to replace the AC systems in two of our homes. Rod and his team have always been extremely professional and their customer service is outstanding.

They were able to come out to my house on the same day that I asked them for help with my Heating. Unfortunately they were 1 hour late to the 2 hour window they gave😦. When they did arrive they were very quick to diagnose the problem and fix it.

Scott came out to start the process of replacing our A/C unit. He patiently explained our options and answered our questions. We use Falcon for our bi-yearly maintenance and appreciate their honesty and integrity.

Very friendly, professional and honest. Showed me the part that was defective and provided pictures of what I could not see. Jake was great and offered me options and good solutions. I will be using them in the future.

Came out a few weeks ago and did a check up on the unit... Told us would be fine no worries good to go. Last Saturday unit goes down. Sure they came and fixed it on overtime fee. Pretty good business model.
