We had our AC go out on one of our rentals. We reached out to sever companies. One never called back. Another wanted to install a smaller unit which later we found out, probably would not have been enough to cool the place down properly. When I called Falcon Air Conditioning, Alex answered the phone and since all of his technicians were busy, he came out to give us a quote within the hour of me calling. He is very down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time explaining our options and answered the phone anytime we called. My husband and I were highly impressed with the service they provided. Their solution ended up saving us a lot of money and they even cleaned out another one of our units for free! It is so difficult to find great companies or individuals when it comes to ACs. We highly recommend Falcon Air Conditioning! We truly look forward to doing business with them in the future when we need it. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!

Falcon Air Conditioning was GREAT!!!! They were super responsive, very professional, they were very reasonably priced with no hidden fees or surprises, showed up when they said they would, installed our air conditioner very quickly, and the installers were super friendly and did a great job! I would highly recommend Falcon Air to anyone needing an air conditioner or AC service! The whole experience was A+ and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! They will definitely be our go to company for anything in the future!

Alex was fantastic, great communication, fast installation. The guys were in and out. They cleaned up after themselves they were very cautious of my carpets walls etc. They were careful to not let my dogs out the gates. I highly recommend Falcon air.

They did a great job in both speed and price. My A/C Went out in the middle of this 2021 summer and their Rep Alex did both a better inspection and better quote than 3 other businesses. With 2 kids and rising temps I can recommend them as an include on any new installs for middle range units at value. They even got it all sorted within about a week which was impressive. Falcon Air has been a breath of fresh air for me. Their maintenance plan was considerably more affordable than my last company and they don’t ever try and up sell me. They have even trouble shooters an issue over the phone to help me fix it. Kind and honest.
