Falcon Air Conditioning

1/11 after our big Hale Storm they came highly recommended. Air went out last night called them came out charging $80. Told it’s a “coil” that is no longer on the market it has to be made. The labor is 1,700, plus m. I’m 70 years old and can’t afford this. So the units put in after the hail storm are all defective now! This is how Senior Citizens are treated daily. Hope none of their parents or grandparents at Falcon never need a coil. My friend said go to three on your side. For what?

Talk about professionalism. I called and talked to them when one of my stores units would not shut off. Sensing my urgency they got the guys here within a hour. They had it figured out in 10 min and fixed fast. My customers didn't even notice I was having A/C issues. I can't recommend them enough!

I had an A/C break down, They Came out And replaced compressor. That Same Night We Started To Smell Something Burnt! And the House Started to get Smokey! Turns Out It Was a Defective Compressor. But I am So Glad of Their Sense of Urgency and Took care Of us.. Thank You Falcon Air!! You guys Rock!! Strongly Recommended.

Falcon was great! Service tech was there quickly, explain everything and helped us get the heat going for our kids ASAP!
