The whole crew at Falcon Air Conditioning is the best. We have been using them exclusively at our facilities for years. They handle everything from repair to replace. Just an amazing group of people doing an awesome job for there customers. My many Thanks!

Great job on the install. Very professional and on time. A/C quote was on par with the other quotes for similar units, but had a better feeling about Falcon than I did some of the others. Great work guys.

We had a new AC installed last summer from a different company. Long story short it would work fine for a day or two and then we had to have multiple parts replaced and finally the whole outdoor unit because it was not working correctly. The beginning of this summer it was still not functioning properly so I finally rolled the dice and decided to call Falcon Air because they were a Goodman dealer. The guy checked everything over in our system and determined our supercooling was set for a Goodman coil at 8 degrees where as we had an aspen coil which needed to be set to 15 degrees. Been working great ever since. How did the company that installed the system not know this? That being said they’ve made me a customer and I will not hesitate to call Falcon air next time we need ac service.

We have used Falcon Air for almost 20 years. This company is the most honest and professional company. They will not try to charge you anything that is not necessary. You can put your trust in this company for any of your needs.

Falcon Air has always been reliable and taken good care of us. They had a quick response time today (a Friday at 1pm) and we really appreciate them. This customer service is why we keep returning to them.

We have been using Falcon Air for a number of years. In that time they have provided ongoing maintenance to our AC units along with replacing both of them over time. We have been extremely happy with their service!

Jake came out today to fix our upstairs air conditioner. He was so thorough and explained everything and got our air up and running! Even after he found the problem, a blown fuse, he still took the time and effort to check everything else to make sure that’s all it was. He went above and beyond to help keep my toddler from overheating! He was kind and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!!!!
