Great family owned company. Very responsive. I trust them, they are honest. Was having trouble blowing a small fuse on my air handler. Their technician was able to troubleshoot the problem to an issue with a thermostat wire, fixed the problem. A previous company had said I needed a new circuit board and compressor on my ground unit and actually left my ac disassembled.
Did I mention Falcon Air gained my trust! I won’t call anyone else.

I had a Falcon technician come two weeks ago to do a preventative maintenance inspection on my older ac unit. They scheduled my appointment just a few days from the day I called and texted a reminder the day before as well as when the technician was on his way. He was very professional and thorough. I opted to have one part replaced and purchased their two year service membership.

Two days ago my thermostat went bad. It was 117 degrees that day so my small home heated up very quickly. The technician was there within a couple of hours after I called and he replaced the thermostat after checking everything out thoroughly to make sure that was the only issue. He showed me how to adjust the new thermostat and tested all the vents to insure cool air was getting to all areas of my home.

I highly recommend Falcon for all of your HVAC needs!

I called Falcon Air (Rod was so friendly and helpful over the phone) yesterday since my ac stopped working after a storm and they were willing to come out same day but I was ok waiting until the next day. The 2 gentlemen, Jake and I forget the other name, that came were great! They got my ac back working and even cleaned my ac unit. I would highly recommend them! Great service from start to finish!!

My A/C stopped working so my dad referred me to Falcon Air. He has had always received great and honest service from them.

With our heat pump unit being 22 years old, I was expecting the worst. They confirmed that our compressor needed to be replaced so we decided to just replace the whole thing. We never felt pressured into buying a new unit from them and they were very upfront about their pricing. This happened on a Friday and they were there first thing Monday morning to install it. Everyone I worked with was very nice and professional. Our A/C now blows colder than before and I’m so thankful for their help during this brutal Arizona summer.

We have been using Falcon Air for several years after they helped my dad with an AC issue. We have referred people to Falcon Air a lot over the years. The one thing we hear is how honest and affordable they are. They now service the AC units for the company that I help to manage. We were told by Blue Mechanical that we needed a new unit. Falcon came by and said we only needed new belts. This is why I'll continue to call them with any AC needs. Thanks again. 🙏
