Awesome experience!! From beginning to end I was treated with respect and kindness. When selecting my new AC/Furnace I received detailed information about 6 different packages within my scope. All my questions were answered completely so I felt confident moving forward. I HIGHLY recommend Falcon AC.

The technicians at Falcon are flexible and friendly and honest. They always do great work. I use them for all my home inspections. Falcon showed up on time and they were very customer oriented, knowledgeable and professional. Our new York 2 stage high efficient system was the best option or our home to lower our energy costs plus getting a rebate back from SRP was nice too. Called at 6:30 in the morning. They called me back before 7:00. After hearing my problem,Jake was dispatched. Arrived on time. But more importantly, knew our system and check to see if the parts we needed week under warranty. They were not, but the A/C unit was working in no time at all. There are a lot of A/C repair companies, but Falcon Air will always be the company I rely on.

I’d been dealing with another company for few years. Total headache: lack of communication, dropped appts, ordered parts that mysteriously vanished, etc. Every call involved a lot of delays, excuses & stress. I called Falcon Air & they came out next day to give me an estimate. Personable & accommodating MY schedule, they came next week to install system & returned a week later to move ductwork for a renov job. The ENTIRE process has been a pleasant experience. They were professional, efficient, explained options clearly w/o any condescending attitude, prices matched estimates, gave good suggestions which saved me $ & systems installed work GREAT…And they incl 2 years free maintenance on systems. Prices were reasonable. Trucks & uniforms are well marketed so I knew who was working in my home. I’m only sorry that I didn’t call Falcon Air sooner.

Falcon Air has maintained our residence for years. When our first 24-year-old unit expired, they replaced it in the middle of summer. As our remaining unit was showing signs of age, we returned to Falcon Air to have them provide a new system for it.

We are extremely satisfied with the staff, their performance, the neatness of our site, the interaction with our pet dog, and finishing the work as scheduled. A truly amazing team.

My technician, Jake, was terrific. He knew how to install my new thermostat in a few minutes but spent time with me linking my Honeywell T9 to Honeywells home app as well as connecting my thermostat to Alexa so I could operate my thermostat with voice control. It was great customer service above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Falcon Air.

The customer service was excellent both on the phone and at my home. Issues with air conditioners in Az during the summer can be stressful. Falcon came out right away, on time, and had us up and running with cool air in a very short time. They were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will use them in the future, and highly recommend.
