Niko showed up on time, wore shoe covers when entering my home, gave me clear and concise explanations of what my unit needed. He offered extras but only if I wanted them and presented them as such. He was timely, thorough and reasonably priced. I will definitely be referring.

I’ve been a customer of AireServ for the last 5 years and they have treated me and A/C with great respect! I had the privilege to work with Shane and he did a fantastic job explaining and showing me pictures of the work he did, as well as providing me pictures on “future” items that will need to be addressed at some point. I highly recommend them if you’re looking into getting your A/C ready for the summer!

Aire Serve of East Valley installed and maintains my AC Unit. Recently I needed a new Water Heater installed and was presently surprised that they also offered this service. Jerry arrived the same day to provide an estimate and the job was scheduled for the next day. He was very professional, friendly and on-time and did a great job! You can always get a "live" person on the phone in their office (which is rare these days) and Michelle and Jeanette are always extremely helpful and friendly on the phone. I highly recommend this business.

Shane was great!! He was professional, friendly, and repaired my AC SO QUICKLY!! So so grateful for his help and maintenance advice!

Technician Niko was on time, very professional, and explained the situation very clearly. Problem was solved in the time he said it would take. Very pleased with their service.

Worst experience. Do NOT use. Dryer collecting and pooling moldy water after their cleaning. Never had an issue prior to cleaning. They screamed at me on phone when first presented with issue. No acceptance of responsibility or attempt to help remedy. HORRIBLE. Claimed they weren’t dryer techs and didn’t know. Never had an issue and smelled mold the first time using after their service - took me weeks to figure out it was coming from dryer.

We have been using AirServ for several years. They are always responsive, trustworthy and friendly. We wouldn’t use anyone else after working with them.

Niko was able to come earlier due to a cancellation. He thoroughly went through everything with air handler in attic and unit on the ground. Thank you!
