Aire Serv of East Valley

AirServ came out the next day for an air conditioning problem. I first had another ac provider through my home warranty. They did not fix the problem and replaced by programmable thermostat with a non programmable one. BILL from AirServ replaced my thermostat with the correct programmable type like I had prior. He also found the cause of the problem and had my air conditioning fixed within two hours. The other company could not fix it in three days. They had diagnosed it as needing the wrong part.

Guy was polite and well mannered and clean and neat, we use these people all the time, we really like them

The worst company I have ever used! They failed to repair my AC unit for two months! Anyone I’ve talked in this company to were rude, unprofessional and they told me they have customers who have no cool air in hot Arizona for months!!! They should be shut down. Do not use this company to save your self time and headache !

The absolute best AC company in the valley! Purchased two new AC units,from Air Serve never any problems. Just cold air, and low electric bills. Great service, great job!

Loved doing business with AireServ of East Valley. Michelle (ofc), PJ (HVAC tech) and Jerry (HVAC tech) were all so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Our new A/C is wonderful, the 10-year warranty is even better, and we truly are glad we have AireServ to contact down the road for all yearly system checks and follow ups. A great neighborly company; you won't be sorry you called them when you need HVAC service.

The office was very polite and easily coordinated the repair in Mesa, AZ while I was in Alaska. The repair was complete within an hour. I would use their services again.

Company squeezed me in at the last minute, provided excellent service and replaced the necessary parts quickly and efficiently. Was happy with the price and service.

Jory Stevens was very courteous and professional and upfront with everything....he even showed me the part that was defective and explained everything. I would definitely use him again but only if they send Jory just kidding but he was good
