Aire Serv was able to fit in a tech visit the same day I called. The original installers were out 2 weeks, the guys I have a maintenance contact with were out 3 days.
Once my replacement part arrived, they installed it right away... they also noticed a small (that could have turned big) problem with my other unit, so they went ahead and fixed it.
They are all very nice, professional people (office, tech, and install team).

Over the last 7 years I have noticed that the dry time in my dryer has increasingly gotten worse so instead of a basic cycle drying my clothes it would be at least two different Cycles just to get my clothes dry. But within the last 4 months I started to notice that no matter how long my clothes were in the dryer they never dried. I was drying towels for 48 hours straight and they were still damp. They came out to clean my dryer vent, my dryer vent was so severely clogged it took them two days and 4 hours to unclog it. The stuff that came out of my dryer vent was absolutely disgusting. I am so thankful that they gave me my dryer back and helped prevent any fires, damage, or anything that could have happened. if I didn't have my vent cleaned out I probably would be hanging my clothes out to dry on my pool fence! Thank you so much for giving me a peace of mind that I can safely dry my family's clothes and not have to worry about anything

After submitting my service request to Fidelity Home Warranty, Aire Serv was in contact with me to set up a time to come out and look at our AC, as it had quit cooling. I explained to them that we needed service as soon as possible as we have a 3 month old, 7 year old, and 3 dogs. The inside temperature of the house was nearing 100°. They told me the weren’t able to come out until the next morning as it was later in the day, which was fine, so we got a hotel for the night. Nathan came out the next morning and found our condenser fan motor had gone out. He said they would submit the request to our home warranty for a new part and go from there.
That’s when we started getting the run around from the home warranty company. They approved a new motor, however, it would take 10-14 days and if we wanted the expedited shipping, we had to pay $350. Just simply outrageous and unacceptable, especially in the Arizona heat, with 2 young children and 3 dogs. Fidelity Home Warranty did not care one bit and never returned calls. I spoke with Michelle and Jeanette multiple times at Aire Serv and expressed my concern as we didn’t really have the means to continue to stay in a hotel or have anywhere else to go. They ended up sending Nathan out again, later that day, to look at the motor. He was thankfully able to get the motor up and running, and the house cooling.
I feel like they really took our situation into consideration and went the extra mile to make it right, when the home warranty company just did not care. Great service, professional, and would highly recommend. Thanks.

Aire Serv was very prompt in addressing my air conditioning problem that I was enduring at my home in a very timely manner. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it and had my air iup and running within a half hour. There was an issue with the cost but that was resolved quite quickly when it was realized there was a lack of communication in the total cost of the repair until it was already done. Although it was an easy fix I didn't have to pay for anything except the service call out to my house which saved me over $217.00 otherwise. So other than that I can't complain and was overlover elated towto have my air up and running again. They were considerate, professional and diagnosed the problem very quickly.
