Jerry assessed, recommended best path forward, and provided an excellent installation experience. The Aire Serve team all around, was extremely quick and responsive. Every call and interaction was honest and customer service focussed.

Was able to come out quickly and analyze issue. Ended up having to replace the rooftop system as it was 26 years old. Good prices and great service. Love the new efficient unit installed.

The pricing always seems to be fair and they always take care of us within a timely manner. I hear of people waiting days to get their AC fixed and ours is always taken care of in less than 24 hrs. We have a membership with aire serv and it’s worth it for us. AZ is to hot to mess around with AC issues!

We were in a spot because it's summer in Phx and our old air died. This was just before our first week of 117 here. These folks got it done from start to finish. They worked to get us the best deal available (it's a kinda big house), scheduled us right away and followed up. Cheers to Randy who just moved here from Oregon (ha) and big cheers to the guys who spend their days in hot, hot attics!! Thank you all for getting us back to normal and cool :)

Jory Stevens came and did our maintenance check and he was very thorough. There was a small issue he found and he was able to rectify it in a timely manner, which was amazing. Air Serv always does a great job.

Each season I like to have my older unit checked out, and this was my first experience with AireServ. There is a noticeable "aim to please" attitude at this company on the phone and in person. I felt very confident in technician Bill M's assessment of my unit and his experience, and the many questions he answered. Thank you!

Mike did a great job. He was very professional and thorough. We will definitely consider them when the time comes to replace our AC.

Feb 2019- Nathan was out to do bi annual service. He was very professional did an awesome job. Nathan installed a UV system on my unit and did a coil cleaning. He showed me before and after photos and explained how the UV system works and all the benefits of it. Thanks Nathan and Air serv.

Jan 2018- David came out and completed my summer AC check up. David was very professional and efficient. Aire Serv of the East Valley has been the best HVAC company that i have ever worked with.

No question that this is the best AC service provider in the Valley. I have used so many other AC repair companies and they are all rude and slow. I now exclusively use Aireserve for all my AC needs. Michele in their office is so happy and follows through with everything. Bill, one of their technicians is an ALL STAR! Whoever owns/manages this company needs to make sure they keep Michele and Bill happy because they made the process of getting a new AC unit so pleasant! I am already sending them out to another house today to check on an AC unit.
