Jake had excellent customer service and overall HVAC knowledge. He arrived on time and it was a very good value for the service received on my 2 a/c units. I use them 2x per year for my mainenace.

Jake is a true professional. Explained what he was here to do. He explained what he found and repaired in a minimum of time. I am glad that we had Falcon Air replace our entire HVAC system earlier in the year. Arrived right on time that was quoted. I highly recommend Falcon Air Conditioning and Heating.

Jake was the technician that came out, and he was a super friendly and straightforward guy. He answered all of our many questions and was super helpful! After the visit we spoke with a salesman named Alex. He gave us quotes on an AC replacement. Alex wasn’t pushy, and felt like he really cared about us making the best decision for ourselves. Overall, it was a great experience!

Big shout out too Kris, Alex & Mickey. The patients this company had as we were trying to come up with a solution to our issue is what seems like endless! I highly recommend this team to any professionals. Well mannered, kind hearted, extraordinary team. It is relaxing knowing that there are still good honest people in this day and age. Falcon Air replaced our Ac unit for us and we couldn’t be more happy! Great service, the employees were very knowledgeable and nice when doing the install. Would highly recommend!

I called early on Monday morning. 7:10. The woman said Jake could be here shortly, he was. We had issues on Saturday, but the system seemed ok after few hours. He checked everything out, found only a low capacitor. Replaced. He told me everything he had done, explained well. He was polite and friendly. We have used Falcon for over 10 years and have always been pleased.

FALCON Air was wonderful! A very compassionate group. Office Manger Chris...Jake...Alex...Mickey along with the 2 guys who completed the repair today. I am a first time customer. I like doing business with small family owned businesses. I spoke with Pat to set up an appointment. Pete was the technician that serviced the unit. Pete called before arriving, was on time, and fixed the unit in a very professional and timely manner. Pete knew exactly what the problem was. The fee charged was very fair. I highly recommend this company.

They were professional, reasonable and thorough. We are very impressed and grateful. Called with questions and concerns trying to work with our home warranty and multiple failed attempts with other hvac companies. Immediately they responded, came and checked, wrote up an quote and followed answering the questions our warranty company required. It was approved and they were out in less than a week to complete the work in one afternoon. Came in under other estimates and made the whole process more timely and easy than anyone else we tried to work with. Very impressive.
