I had them install a new A/C unit 2 years ago. I just had them do a service on it. Very professional technician, knew what he was doing. Very good company to work with.

They are very professional and honest. Two other companies couldn't get enough air to our office area. They fixed the problem and it's very cool in that area now. Everyone they send out is professional.

First time using this company. I found them very responsive and timely. I like that. The technician was very polite and professional. I would recommend them for sure. I signed up for their maintenance service.

Saul was the service representative who came out to do maintenance on a/C and heating. Saul was here for at least hour plus doing maintenance check. What a thorough job he did on both units! First time in 10 years I felt I received excellent service on both ac and heating. This was their first visit in my home. Saul also tightened my thermostat on the hall wall. He offered!!! I was told thermostat would have to be replaced because there was no way to tightened one that old. 20 years and thermostat works perfectly. I need to have some work done such as cleaning my air ducts! Will most assuredly call John's A/C and heating! Plus request for Saul! So refreshing to work with professional honest local company. Thanks everyone at John's A/C & Heating! You made my day a good day!

Our heat hadn’t been working for a few days so we called John’s to come take a look. They were able to come out for a visit that same day and the technician was right on time. He was able to examine and help get my heater back up and running in time for the holidays! He also took the time to sweep up after he was gone and was extremely kind!

Saul was very thorough, explained things so I could understand. Professional and courteous. Performed over and above expectations.
