Our air conditioner died on the hottest day of the summer. John squeezed us in the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem and got us up and running that afternoon. Quality friendly service at a fair price. Highly recommended.

John was amazing! It’s a hot summer and everyone needs help but he finds the time to make it to you, diagnoses the issue and fixes it! Wonderfully attentive and very responsive, and to top it all off my dog loved him. I will not be using anyone but John from here on out!

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. We had a motor going out on our fan motor for the condenser unit. It was 105° out as well. John and his son came out within 20 minutes, dianosed the problem right away, went and got parts, and fixed it that same afternoon. Both men were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. This company was very professional, nice and on they were on time. They came out same day to service my A/C and they didn’t charge me a lot for my repair. I ended up actually paying for it instead of going thru my warranty company.

Extremely Poor workmanship. They put in a new HVAC at our building and it never worked right. After months of issues I finally hired another company to come out because my tenant was upset and the new company showed me all the shortcuts that had been taken and how johns heating and cooling used existing parts ie the curb etc instead of the new ones I had paid for forcing them to fit & causing major problems. Major Air flow issues also causing undue stress on new unit. Also when they removed the old unit they left holes in the roof that resulted in a leak in the middle of the lobby that took months to repair and figure out & cost hundreds of dollars. I would call and ask him for help and they would act like I was putting them out.

These folks are great. During a heat wave they were willing to squeeze me in and had me fixed up in a very short amount of time. Even with parts and labor and the emergency service call the price was excellent. Highly recommended.
