I’ve used John’s for a long time and they always employ the nicest people! Everything about my latest experience was 💯from the telephone receptionist/scheduler, who somehow squeezed me in on the same day. To the repair guy who arrived exactly on time, spent a lot of time figuring out the problem, then ended up staying late into the evening repairing it. He explained everything along the way and even provided before/after photos. The whole experience could not have been a better.

I’ve used John’s Refrigeration for years. They do twice-annual cleaning and check-ups. Today a new unit was installed. Every aspect of their service is timely and professional. It’s always a pleasure to do business with them.

This company is amazing! Absolutely recommend. It was incredible how professional and thorough the whole process was in dealing with them. Took out our 20 year old failing AC/furnace split units (external heat pump compressors with air handler/furnaces in the attic ) systems and installed both new Trane brand complete systems. The quoted price was thousands cheaper than other quotes we received for the job and no “surprise” extra costs suddenly added on. The 4 man crew that came out were professional, answered any questions, explained the whys and why nots of their installation process and were courteous the entire time. Equally amazing was how it was obvious this crew enjoyed working as a team with each other. I own my own law firm and wish I could get that kind of dedication lol . HIGHLY recommend and you’d be a fool to go with any other outfit.

On March 21 we had our furnace and air check for the upcoming summer months. Saul, the technician you sent to our home was just great, he was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Saul did fine an issue during his his check and found that a motor on the furnace was going bad and told us it should be replaced. This morning he was back to replace the motor. Once again he was very professional in his work.

They were very professional and communicative. Sent e mail and text with a picture of the technician and notice when they were on their way. After they responded with a very thorough e mail of their findings as well as a follow up phone call.

Saul was very efficient in repairing our AC. He worked quickly and professionally to get us cooled off.

Noah was very professional and represented his company extremely well. He was courteous and helpful. He solved our air conditioning needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Noah went the extra mile documenting all his inspection notes and images. He walked me though everything and gave me time to ask questions and review options. I am thrilled with his service.

All findings were explained with photos provided of said findings. Reminder to stay on top of changing out air filters- especially important with multiple dogs who shed. Saul was awesome - knowledgeable & trustworthy!
