If I can give lower I would! Very irritated with conns. Last time I ever do business with them! I bought a couch on the 16th, it got delivered worked fine but when they left freaking head rest keeps coming off, I have to use my warranty and once I do I'm done, I don't have warranty anymore! I'm stuck with these couches even though the warranty cost $250 dollars!!

Great experience! Our dryer’s motherboard quit on us at 3pm on Sunday and we were able to find a replacement washer and dryer set and a new refrigerator all to be delivered by 3 on Monday!

ISH got me tail in the door today and I WILLINGLY blew up my whole $3,000 credit! I can't wait till tomorrow morning and get my new home theater setup. Ismael did such a excellent job to get me in this store.. hehe he was kind and I felt like he could actually help me. when I had so much going on he helped, he was capable and adequately in tune with our families needs which also very much helped made it happen truly his customer service is the only way I got through those doors and make a purchase today! Much to say about the big difference between good customer service and great customer service! Whoever is in charge- this employee should most definitely be consider for at least manager. BRAVO ISMAEL 👏 👏 👏

Manager Dave was great! He was very knowledgeable about mattresses and helped me choose the right one for me. He didn’t try to oversell me a name brand mattress, he wanted to make sure I got good quality for a good price.

Great costumer service. Especially, for a new employee that is in his first week. Quick to check to see if the furniture was in stock as well as if we were able to take what was on the floor. Very quick on his feet and eager to help his costumers the best way he can. We appreciate all his help. Thank you

Kendrick Lott is an amazing person, attentive, understanding, and very thorough. This was my first time visiting Conn’s looking to actually purchase and he blew me away with his character! He didn’t pressure me to buy, didn’t over burden me with items I didn’t need, and listened to me patiently as I asked a million questions. Even got me approved for more than what I came in with ! I spent less than what I thought and got EXACTLY what I needed! I’m grateful for him and he should be promoted to manager ASAP! I’m telling you if he’s able to train people to operate like him Conn’s will blow up like NEVER before! Thank you Kendrick and Conn’s for employing someone like him!

From the moment we stepped in the store we were treated with care and very knowledgeable sales rep, Alberto! We had lots of questions on products and there was nothing he didn't know. He was friendly and got us in and out with 3 awesome appliances ordered and ready to ship!

We shopped at other places for same appliances and no one had any in stock... huge selection with Conn's!
