First and Foremost I would like to say that the sales representative Moe went out of her way to make sure that my needs and wants were taken care of. So I purchase a skyworth tv on the 16th of September. I didn’t realize the tv was on clearance and it was final. There was no tag indicating it was on clearance. Today I wanted to exchange the TV for another brand. I was told I couldn’t because of that reason which no one informed me about you can’t exchange/return items that on clearance. They they did fix the small issue I had with it but still that bad business not telling everything upfront. Conn’s you need to do a better job telling customers upfront before they buy something and it’s a final sale. Not cool at all! Never buy anything else from them again.

Mo was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way on her day off just to come in and help me choose all my kitchen appliances. Mo was friendly and understanding. If you end up going to Conns home plus for any of your furniture, appliances go talk to Mo. She won’t disappoint.
