I love the stuff we bought here but i have had the worst experience dealing with the people that works here. What a bunch of unprofessional monkeys! We purchased over $8,000 worth of things. Our washer and dryer got delivered back in February with a missing rack for the dryer. I called every 3 weeks - talked to managers and other staff, and they all took a message promising resolution. I finally got to talk to the salesman (Mark - big guy, you won't miss him), he states that it has been ordered and will call us the moment it gets there, and even offered to drop it off at our house. Is is now end of July, have not heard from any of them. I called and finally spoke to Mark... oh! he has the dryer rack but didn't bother to call. He claims he never got my messages and totally unapologetic about the whole thing... the nerve of him!
People - bring your business somewhere else! When you spend your hard earned money, you always expect to also ALWAYS receive great customer service!

I purchased a sectional for the first time. My shopping experience was great! AJ gave me all the important details about all the couches I was interested in. He then gave me time to test out the couches and feel them out for myself. I appreciate the store’s patience as I had my kids with me, too. My sectional has since arrived along with our ottoman and sound bar and we are loving it all! The delivery team was quick, efficient, and very polite! They did a great job! Thank you!

Quick and easy pre qualified on line and shopped for what I wanted. Showed up confirmed availability signed the documents and out the door in less than an hour.
Best thing is when everyone else is taking your money and then not being able to deliver for up to 16 weeks. Our furniture will be delivered on the 24th (less than a week) just in time for family and the holidays.

First off, let me say my husband and I have both worked in retail for several years. I wouldn’t even give them a star if I didn’t have too. This company by far has the worst customer service we have ever dealt with. We purchased a fridge and dishwasher a month ago, scheduled to be delivered today with installation. We got an email two days before that stated one of items would not be showing up because of lack of stock. No other information, not which one, nothing. Then we got an email the day before stating items were scheduled for delivery between 2:30-5pm on the date scheduled. Again, no other information. We cannot even look at our receipt, because the website they use does not work properly. After my husband being on hold for over 90 minutes Between corporate and the store, they tell us both are going to be delivered and she will personally set up the install, because they never called us for that. The delivery arrives today, no dishwasher. They are unsure why, so it’s back on the phone. Calling to cancel the install, which you cannot do, only reschedule. So, we call the store and speak to yet a different manager, they state they will call us back with some answers. They canceled the installation for us, not sure when we will get the dishwasher. Could be two weeks, could be a month. They don’t know. Seriously! All we are asking for is a little communication! We will never shop there again! Back to Best Buy!!
