I can't speak highly enough about Dominic, he was attentive, knowledgeable and courteous beyond measure! He helped me with finding a gaming PC and monitor that does everything I need them to do for a great price. I got the royal treatment when waiting for my application, he made sure I was feeling relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Other staff members there were very helpful as well. If your not shopping here your out of your mind! These guys have top of the line products, great prices and an awesome staff!

Update:
Had some issues with my set up and I already knew it was user error but couldn't for the life of me figure it out. I ended up reaching out to Dominic and he tried to troubleshoot it over the phone to no avail. He asked that I come in so he can test it and come to find out I didn't push the cable all the way in until it clicked 🤦🏿‍♂️. He was fast with his response anf trouble shooting, I was back at my house with everything working properly within a hour. Top tier customer service, really wish I could give you guys more stars 🤩⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Albert is amazing. He is extremely helpful. Especially for a first time home buyer like me with a lot of questions and a certain taste. I went to a few furniture stores before going to Conn's and honestly after my experience today I'm choosing Conn's for all my furniture needs in the future as well. 10/10

Heaven was very thoughtful and considerate while helping me. She wasn’t pushy at all and that is something I truly appreciate. She gave us the space to look around without hovering over us. Dominic is a nice guy but I’m so disappointed that he told me to sign documents without explaining to me about additional payments if you want to because the customer from American first finance explained it to be so it’s a options for you to choose . I call just now to close it off with the 3 months period. I have to paid addition of $300 more. I was planning to go back at the store but I will never.
I do this at other stores but there’s no addition payment so I think it’s the same thing so I go ahead and sign because previous store explain to me along the way, but it’s will be fine.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience this time around. The sales rep Asia, was amazing to work with. She did not pressure me or my husband to purchase anything but was very patient and kind and understanding. Need more sales reps like herself.

Domenic was incredible and patient! The prequalifying online was seamless & so was the appointment. Great options for anyone looking for something similar to Best Buy’s program with better odds and quick response. Highly recommend!

First timers, store opened 7 years agp

So it was hard to rate this is my fourth time purchasing through conns and it’s been a disaster. My sales guy Mike he was AMAZING until of course my order was done and delivery came and it was fumbled he wouldn’t even bother to assist in getting me to proper place for things to be rectified my sectional was delivered with two different height feet eventually that was rectified but they just slapped the feet on and left leaving the feet noticeably crooked and did not connect the sectional pieces together. Upon complaining on phone I was told I could put it together myself I was recently hurt at work by a patient and cannot lift an entire sofa section by myself. They finally sent someone out to put it together I asked for the crooked feet to be put on right and the guy said it’s not his problem or his job to straighten them and left the pillows to my brand new couch on the floor. Needless to say it’s been hell dealing with them this time around
