The person who answered the phone was able to find the capacitor I needed and direct me to the nearest location it was available. It was waiting for me when I got there and I was on my way home with the new capacitor in just a few minutes. The woman working the counter was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about capacitors. The new part is installed and the heat pump is again heating the house. Thanks Grainger.

Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life! Manny is the worst example of a contractor support rep i have ever met. and unfortunately the coworkers or managers around him choose to allow this unacceptable behavior i will never send another customer to your stores as long as this trio is together. There is absolutely no way to ensure that a customer will be treated with any more respect than i was treated with today!!!

This place cancelled my order for sitting there longer than 10 days. It was an extended backorder item I ordered in March and wasn't ready until September. Nobody contacted me when the item was ready! I had been calling them once a month for an update, and yet they couldn't spend a couple minutes to either leave a voicemail, call and talk to me, or send an automated email much like the automated message this review is about to get. I won't be returning to this branch, and will look into other options for industrial supplies based on my experience with this purchase.

Great service. The 1800 number agents have real time inventory check as does the website. No need to contact the branch directly. The bad reviews are people who don't understand real time systems, the website, and agents that do the SAME as the branch. They think the branch has more information. Which is not correct. The service is great. Products and speedy turnaround. Don't listen to the bad reviews. They are totally WRONG.

Gerardo should take a course in customer service. He was annoyed he had to order me a part. After running my payment I asked for a receipt, he declined my request and told me to remember my 10 digit order number. I asked him if I could get a print out of the numbe. He tore a post it in half and handed me a pen. Way to go Gerardo, you mastered to skill of being curt and rude!

Waste of my time. Would have been fantastic to know my order was processed as a return not an exchange. Came all the way to pick up my part and told I needed to pay. I have no issue paying but would have been great to know so I can bring my business card for payment.

As a maintenance manager in the area, I depend on suppliers like Grainger to keep my plant running. This branch has always provided great service and the staff knows the products they're selling. They have always delivered when I need parts fast, which is why I've been a customer for years.

Make sure you have the right part before you leave the store otherwise you won't get a refund, even once you've returned the product to the store. Been waiting for our refund for almost 3 weeks. My husband has been in twice times since he returned the wrong part. He has been told three times the money will be refunded to our account, we've waited the time we were told each time and still haven't gotten it. I have never had such trouble returning anything anywhere. He should have known better when the part wasn't put on will call like he was told it was by the employee over the phone. May be time for new employees or training the ones they have to actually do their job correctly.

Not 2A friendly as they have a no firearms policy posted. Did not have any parts that I was looking for in stock. Otherwise, friendly staff.

Edit: My main complaint is your no firearms policy. You say you have a no firearms policy for the safety of your employees and customers. I was a customer and I didn’t feel safe leaving my gun in my car to comply with your rules. A couple questions for you:
1. How does your policy/sign keep someone with a gun and intent to do harm out of your store?
2. Would you really prefer your customers leave their loaded firearms unattended in their vehicles for a criminal to steal?
