Conn's located on Stapley near US 60 have great staff Alberto was very nice and courteous. This will be my 3rd time purchasing. New items not used like Rent A Center or other rental places.

The sales harassment is real. Walked in and the guy tried 3 times to ask questions right there, each time was answered with "just looking". Not even 4mins later when we were going down a row he came over and bugged us again, said 'just looking still" and he kept trying to ask questions, even followed us. Gave bad vibes so we left quickly. Hint: just looking = leave us be!!!

Mike, the salesman is very professional, nice, and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy at all. Next time I make a purchase at Conn's I will look for him to help me. Since he is going to school to further his education. If he is not there, I wish him all the best on his future endeavors. He will definitely be an asset to and company that he works for.

It is possible to get back on your feet with the way they work with you!

Even though they were having computer issues the entire process was easy. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you for helping us build our dreams

Greeted with a smile as we came in. Overall serve was excellent, they gave us time to decide and return the next day, very pleased with how they were patience before finalizing paperwork. Thank you Conn's, keep up the cheerful greeting at the door!

Heaven i believe was her name sorry if that is wrong was very helpful, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She answered any question we had and didnt mind reanswering when we asked the same question multiple times.
