Dao was very helpful, the whole process was very easy and fast!

Today was the second time I go to Conn ‘s to purchase furniture and was treated so good. Everyone was so attentive from the moment we walk in. Our sales person was do nice showed us where to go, explained everything to us then left us to walk around ourselves. We told him what I wanted rang it all up explaining everything on the contract , told us when it would be delivered and we were out. Everyone saying thank you have a good day all the way out. Thank you Conn’s employees for being so nice. I will definitely tell my family snd friends to go to Conn’s.

I would give it a zero if I could worst experience of my life. Customer service leaves much to be desired, products are poor quality junk and within 24 hours of delivery they refuse to do anything other than call service they can repair and then sell it. Why would I take advantage of a person like they do and refuse to help. The repair department must be awesome that they can repair poor quality junk, sue they can hammer in staples/nails that need to be hammered in but I am wondering how they can repair poor quality junk that they don’t stand by. Buyer beware go to another store stay away from all of their locations. Update: Not getting any better. Tell me I have to have a service call, just about a month before a service call really, just come get this junk. They have no paperwork signed by me there delivery people apparently signed for me. They can’t provide any paperwork.

I was in need of a washer & dryer for our new place and Conns seemed to have the best financing option. Ismael was super helpful, the process took less than 30 minutes. Very personable guy and made the experience wonderful. He made sure all my info was correct before submitting the paperwork and explained everything! Dominick is amazing. He helped me figure out what I needed without any high pressure sales. The financing was quick and painless and quality of there furniture far exceeded other furniture finance companies I looked at during the process. The experience far exceeded my expectations.
