You didn't want to negotiate my cousin's debt, my cousin's sister's husband was willing to payoff $2,200 in a single lump sum. Conn's immediately wanted almost double of agreed price. Zero room for negotiation.

This is the 3rd purchase we have made at the Mesa, Az Conn's location. Each time, better than the previous one. The representative that assisted me, Mike Ayala, could not have been more helpful. He answered every question I had, and assisted me in getting exactly what I needed.

I really wish other companies would take a page out of Conn's Customer Service playbook.

We'll be back again.

This past week, I was helped by Domenic. He did a fantastic job with helping me! He was very respectful and helpful. You can never go wrong with this guy!

Albert was amazing he went above and beyond for us. He guided us to better prices and deals plus next day delivery! We will be back again for service 😀

The sales person seemed frustrated and had someone else help me. I started to go somewhere else. He didn't even acknowledge me or say thank you at the end he just dissapeared that's not good business.

They are the worse company I ever deal with. I bought a treadmill with a 5 year warranty for my treadmill. It cost me a lot money. They don't want to fix it. They keep said you need to call here you need to call another person back forth. Every call I made they keep said you need to call a different number or they just sent me back to customer service or other departments and nothing was done. I deal with this for 3 months and nothing got done. My advice don't buy exercise equipment at Conn's. They will make you lose money. Trust me.

arrived at Conns and wasn’t too sure about customer service at first no one came, but when CJ and manager approached we got the VIP service so it actually made up for such great customer experience I would strongly recommend CONNS and CJ R. Salas Associate.
