When other AC companies are booked more than a week out during summer months, Mark contacted me with a second day appointment. The technician were responsive and on time. Quality work done in an efficient manner.

I called Everest Air on a Friday to schedule maintenance for their earliest available time. I did not inform them that it was an emergency, so they booked me for early Monday morning at 8 am. This arrangement suited my schedule perfectly. On Monday morning, I called to confirm the time, and they promptly informed me that someone was in the area and would arrive soon.

My wife needed to take a quick sales call as she works from home, so she asked me to contact Everest again and inquire if they could come a little later to avoid interrupting her. (Our dogs become extremely agitated when someone is in the house and won't stop barking.) I called Everest back, and they immediately accommodated my request to schedule a later appointment. This level of service and understanding is amazing. They went above and beyond to make me feel at ease about changing the schedule at the last minute. Kudos to them.

Jonathan called me shortly after to confirm and informed me that he would come a couple of hours after completing some other service calls.

Dispatch called me back shortly thereafter and informed me that he would arrive within the next two hours. This timing was perfect. Jonathan called a few minutes before his scheduled arrival to let me know he was on his way.

In a world where communication can often be lacking, this level of communication is exceptional. Jonathan arrived and was very polite and professional. He shook my hand and introduced himself. I briefly explained that warm air was coming out of the vents and that I had turned off the AC immediately on Friday to avoid putting extra stress on the compressor. He promptly began his work. I told him he could come and go as he pleased and to avoid knocking or ringing the bell due to my dogs' reaction. He acknowledged my request and asked where I would be so he could find me if he needed to speak with me. I thought this showed his excellent foresight, ensuring he wouldn't have to search for me throughout the house if I happened to be in a different room. Very smart.

He spent about 20-25 minutes on my roof, and I could feel the cold air coming out of the vents almost immediately. After some time, he returned and informed me that the levels were great, but there was a loose connection on the compressor that needed to be tightened. It was an easy fix. This news was a relief as I knew there wasn't much else to be done since the unit had been recently serviced and was relatively new. He charged me an extremely fair price for the service call and general maintenance. I couldn't be happier with the level of service and communication I received. I will proudly recommend Everest Air LLC to anyone.
