Marg was simply outstanding! She went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered about the Samsung Family Hub fridge that I was purchasing. I was hesitant about the size, so she gave me measurements to verify at home. She was patient, knowledgeable & to be honest, I didn't feel uncomfortably pressured to make the purchase like some sales people intend to do. As a result, I decided to make my purchase because I felt like I wasn't just another transaction to her. I will definitely be back to find something else that will work in my home. Thank you, Marg!

So about a month ago I went in to buy a new tv and computer monitor a desk and 2 chairs I already bought a bed room set and dinning set the yr before I was told before I bought it that after I paid the first payment I would be able to merge my two payments and it would only be about $25-$30 more then what I’m already paying sounded fishy but I don’t know anything about that stuff so I believe them well about 3 months later I call to merge them I already payed a payment and just paid my 2nd and was now told that there is no way that can happen

I needed some things and it got it, fast! I was in and out if there within an hour and Dominic’s services were prompt and on time. Got the deal done on quickly. I recommend Dominic to whoever goes in there, I don’t doubt that the other employees there has the hustle he does, but my only experience was through him. Any of my personal recommendations will go to him, but I hope anyone can get the help I got today. Thanks Dominic!!!!!

I went to Conns because my T.V broke. I had a very good experience there. Heaven was my sales representative that help us. She was very knowledgeable about the television's. As well as the vacuums as I needed one of those as well. So if you are in need. Of a electronic or appliances go see Heaven you wont regret it. Thank you so much Heaven. I appreciate you.

Our experience was pleasant the salespersons were nice and they showed us the appliances that we were searching for and they offered us a good deal to purchase the appliances I would recommend them.

Heaven was super helpful. She knew exactly what I was after (a beautiful, comfortable, living room sectional sofa) and I spontaneously decided to upgrade my TV as well! The process was painless AND I got free next day delivery! So happy!!!
