Technician Don arrived on time and was able to identify, explain and fix the issue on site. I appreciated the way he took the time to explain the problem and offer advice on the equipment (life expectancy, replacement process, etc).

Sent an email requesting HVAC service. CSR followed up as soon as the business opened, and gave an estimated time the tech would arrive. Trevor came about 20 minutes early (wonderful!!), was knowledgeable and courteous, and installed a new fan on our furnace quickly. I would recommend Trevor to anyone needing service! When no one else would come out... Dave Jones to the rescue. Everyone else is like oh we don't service those sorry. Manufactured homes in this area have sort of a stigma that no one wants to tackle. Little did any of them know that it was probably an easy fix everybody's like all we can't get parts. Well there are a lot of units that you can't get parts to especially now so why not at least try.

We had Dave Jones install a humidifier on our furnace. At the same time they pointed out a few things our builder failed to finish. We’ve used DJ over the years and they’ve always done a great job!

Joey was so wonderful he came early and was very cautious to put on slip covers over his shoes. I really appreciate that. He cleaned up very nicely after himself. He was also very friendly and explained to me what happened.

Contracted Dave Jones, Inc to re-route a cold water line in my kitchen. The craftsman arrived early and affected the repair in less time than anticipated (< 1hr). Quality of the repair was superior, and the craftsman was courteous, and left the work area cleaner than found.

Awesome service, had them install ceiling fans and plumbing for me, quick turn around and fast service. Had another company quote me over 4k for the job, Dave Jones did it under 1k. I was able to conveniently schedule a visit to our home on a short notice because our geothermal furnace stopped working. Erik replaced a broken capacitor quickly and answered a lot of questions that I had regarding our system. I’ll call them again in the future for help if needed.

They did a great job not only replacing my 18-year old water heater, but they also checked on my furnace as well. Very safe with masks and professional throughout.
