Had a great experience with Dave Jones Plumbing. Shower flow and temperature would change in one shower while showering. They came out and investigated the situation. A valve needed to be replaced in the shower handle. The plumber/technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I could understand. He was terrific! I highly recommend Dave Jones for any of your plumbing or HVAC needs.

The Dave Jones technician who assisted us today, Erik, is so smart, hardworking, and intuitive about how to make everything operate perfectly. His knowledge is impressive. I decided to use Dave Jone’s based on my previous experience with them . We had them come out and do some emergency plumbing in our kitchen last year. I was not present when the work took place , my husband was quite satisfied on how pleasant and professional they where and quickly they where done job. I recently had a faucet in our bathroom that needed to be replaced. The professionalism between all that I spoke with and experienced in my home was amazing 😉. My husband has since passed and I had to do this on my own , but they treated me with kindness and compassion.. I will always use and recommend them for and job . Outstanding service, as usual. The technician patiently explained what work he needed to do and why. He also explained how I can use my heating system more efficiently. And he cleaned up the area he worked in. My furnace will now keep my home warmer because I more clearly understand how to use it.

Scott was our service provider, he was professional, congenial, knowledgeable and helpful. He asked about foot coverings and had his mask on upon entry. He helped us problem solve around another plumbing issue.

Technician was great. Knowledgeable and friendly. Looked at all of the parts incorporated with our issue and replaced two additional non-working parts that were still under warranty while he was already here. Helpful with questions and options to additional questions we had regarding our home.

Don was excellent. I always appreciate the people that come. You can tell they are customer focused. I appreciate their focus on teaching us how to most efficiently use our furnace as well. Highly recommend this company!

Replaced my water heater. I did not report as an emergency, but they still were out here within 3 hours of them reopening after a 4 day holiday weekend to attempt repair of the old unit. I had been without hot water for days at this point. When it was not able to be repaired they were able to get a new one installed w/I 24 hours.
