They came to check oir water softener, which needs to be replaced.

I would have given 5 stars, but I wasn't informed of the charge to check the water before it was done and was surprised by the charge at the end of the visit.

Best experience with a plumbing company I've ever had. After calling around to 10 places for an emergency hot water heater replacement on a Friday night, these guys were the most professional, most cost effective, and most prompt out of anyone in Madison. I will not hesitate to call upon them again, and hopefully under less stressful circumstances!

I am unbelievably impressed with the remarkable customer service my wife and I experience from Dave Jones. Last Saturday, our 20-year old furnace was experiencing issues. We called Jessica, the on-call representative, and she dispatched a field technician within a few hours. The field technician diagnosed the furnace problem within 60 seconds. We had to make a decision quick because a polar vortex was in the forecast. Less than 48 hours later we had a brand new high-efficiency furnace. Many decisions were made along the way and Keith, with Dave Jones, was quick to provide us with the information.

When Madison was experiencing the coldest temperatures on record, Dave Jones was there to ensure the safety of my family was their top priority.

They replaced our kitchen faucet within 2 hours of our call. Fast, efficient, professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. We’ll definitely call them again when we need plumbing service.

Great customer service from office. Super plumber. Knew exactly what he was doing. The office had asked for pics of the existing under sink plumbing which made the plumber's work easier. The office had already completed the warranty registration so I didn't have to do it. Highly recommend Dave Jones!

My kitchen sinks wouldn't drain, and my attempts to clear it didn't work. I filled in the rapid service request form on their web site, and got a call right away in the morning (around 7:15AM). They said they could come out between 8-9AM, and as promised, the plumber arrived at 8:15. He cleared the clog and gave me some suggestions about how to avoid the problem in the future. Overall, a great experience and I would call Dave Jones in the future for my plumbing needs.

Very professional and exceptional service. Jeff took the time to assess the installation issues and selected a good option that minimized installation repair issues that I would have had to fix had he opted to cut access holes to feed the gas line. He did not have to cut the holes making the overall job that he did wonderful.
