I was really happy with the timeliness of the service that was received as well as the customer service overall. The experience setting up the appointment was prompt and accommodating. The service tech that arrived was incredibly nice and honest. Service that was needed took the amount of time that was expected which was around 15 minutes. The price was also fair in comparison to other estimates that were received. Overall I was very pleased with the experience, and will be keeping them in mind for future needs for my home.

Don, the tech that completed the AC maintenance this week at my home was very helpful, and went out of his way to look at a few factors relating to our AC unit. Dave Jones did HVAC installation in my home. Over the next two years, we needed two services. In both times, the issues were resolved. We're happy with the service department.

Dave Jones Inc. was extremely responsive and prices fair on the replacement of our water heater. The new one was installed quickly and within the same day as our call. They were actually on site within 3 hours of our decision to have them do the replacement. Much appreciated!

Currently renting a home. Had to have Don from Dave Jones come out and take a look. We are also experiencing some unseasonably warm weather in late September. I was also heavily pregnant and not wanting to sweat through the night. Thankfully we had a quick response to help our family out.

Emailed Dave Jones on a Tuesday night and received a call the next day with an estimate of what they charge. I called them back and was told they could do the repair on my leaking toilet. They arrived when they said they would and finished it up in about 45 minutes . I was very pleased with everything from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

The technician/ plumber was a thorough professional and promptly fixed the issues while helping us understand the root cause of the problem. The customer service was also responsive to our needs.
