Avery from General Heating came to do a maintenance check on a Carrier Infinity system, both furnace and AC, that was installed two years ago. We have had no problems with the system. He was personable, willing to describe what he was doing, advise me on routine filter change and water panel change that I could do myself and inspired confidence in his ability and the quality of our HVAC system.

Nick came out to perform a heating maintenance/cleaning for our furnace and did a great job! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough, even making sure there was no leaks since we had that issue from our previous cleaning. He wore a mask, which is appreciated. I have been using General Heating and Air for years now and they have always been great with their service - absolutely recommend!

Our furnace went out on a Friday night and General Air was able to send a technician immediately on Saturday morning. Our technician was knowledgeable and fixed what was needed to get us back up and running, and advised we get our annual service for the rest so that we were not charged more overtime. We were able to get a technician to come right away during weekday hours for our regular annual maintenance and Heather helped us. She was punctual, professional, and knowledgable. Thank you!

I placed an emergency call for an AC repair on the hottest day of the summer so far. Nick arrived in the early morning and had my air conditioner up and running within an hour. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain to me what he replaced. Very positive experience.

We had our annual HVAC checkup today, June 9, 2021. Avery was the technician, and was very friendly and professional. He was on time as scheduled and completed the service in an efficient manner. We have been customers of General Heating over 47 years and have always received excellent service. This time was no exception.

What I was impressed with most was that the technician was able to come a little earlier than the set appointment, which had our heater working and us warm again that much sooner. It was lucky we were home too. However, my husband didn't think the problem was the filter, but the technician replaced it anyway, which cost us a little more. I'm just glad we had heat again!
