Avery did a fantastic job in checking the hearing and cooling on my furnace. He cleaned the coils on the condensing unit, cleaned the condensate trap and put everything back together. He had the latest tools to check my cooling capacity and I am very pleased with his work.

The technician arrived right on time. She went to work quickly. Checked the furnace and AC, and fixed a problem with the AC drain. She had to take a couple of trips to get parts, that she didn't have at hand. The work was well done. Recommended

Furnace went out early morning on a recent holiday. I called General Heating for Emergency Service, and a technician arrived in an hour’s time. Scott performed diagnostic services and had our furnace running shortly thereafter. I appreciated Scott’s thorough attention to the details and explaining to me in terms that I understood what caused the furnace to quit running. Another example of excellent service I have received from General Heating and Air Conditioning in Madison, Wisconsin.

Great service. General was able to send a technician out the same day I called. I had a suspected gas leak and the tech clearly explained everything he checked. Will use them again next time I have a heating/cooling problem.

Heather serviced our air conditioner and replaced the filter in our furnace yesterday. Heather was extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what she was doing and in terms that a non-technical person could understand. We have used General Heating & Air Conditioning for purchases and service for many years, and we will continue to do so.

The technician(Sam) came out to take a look since our AC was not working. He did a thorough check and explained everything to me along the way. He was very courteous and helpful and resolved the issue within an hour.
