This was my first experience with General Heating. I was first Impressed with the people making my appointment. Beth or Bethany.? They were very friendly and enjoyable to talk to.
Ken, the technition servicing my boiler was a plethora of knowledge. He not only cleaned my boiler but taught me things about it I never knew.
I will not hesitate to call them again. It's comforting to know they are ready to help me.

I called General Heating & Air Conditioning this morning as my furnace was making a new noise and it needed an annual servicing. They responded promptly and had their service expert, Nick, here before noon. Nick was able to quickly identify and efficiently fix the issue. I plan to recommend this company to my family and friends.

It was a wonderful experience working with Heather. She took the time to explain each step of servicing the furnace and made sure it was in good working order, in addition to conducting many extra checks.

If my dogs like them, then I love them -- and my dogs approved the technician from General with two paws all the way up! The technician was super-friendly and professional, explained everything she was doing, showed me the damaged part she replaced, and even gave my dogs some friendly head pats. Really happy with the service and will be using them again in the future.

General Heating has installed, serviced and maintained the HVAC systems for over 15 years. Office staff is always ready to answer questions. The technicians are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
General Heating replaced the furnace and air conditioner units 10 years ago and with the annual maintenance provided I am confident that I will never be without a conditioned house.

We contacted General Heating and AC to run diagnostics for our AC and Heating units. Our current furnace (22 years old) was purchased and installed by this company, and we were satisfied with their service during the past years.
The technician was punctual, courteous, and thorough, and clearly explained all the issues that she found while running diagnostics. Heather discussed our options for repairs, demonstrating professionalism and knowledge.

I have had service done by General on HVAC systems twice. Both times I was happy with the available schedule, promptness of the technician and the results. Our current furnace issue remains a bit of a mystery, but hopefully the efforts made today by Ken prove to be successful. He took the time to tell me what he saw, what he thinks is going on, and what to look out for to help diagnose any future issues. Can't ask for much more.

Don was extremely thorough. He found a problem with the furnace, explained the issue in a way I could easily understand, and gave me options for how to proceed. He was courteous and personable, and he masked up while in our home. We have been using General for years, and will continue to do so!

Prompt service. Technicians arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem and provided resolution in a reasonable period of time. In our case that meant returning the next morning with the part to repair the furnace. This had the advantage of saving us overtime charges had the work been done the same day. The downside was we had one night without heat. Temperature in our house never fell below 59 degrees. This was the best solution for us under the circumstances. ...I can’t comment on the value at this point because we have not been billed, nor have we been informed about the partial warranty coverage we believe we have.

The service technician Dustin arrived early and went to work on our air conditioner. He carry our his tasks fully and was very thorough. He kept us well informed during the process. Excellent performance!
