Showed up same day to fix water heater pressure relief valve.

Recently built a home with Victory Homes, Dave Jones was the contractor that installed all HVAC and plumbing. 10+ service calls over the first 3 months of living here.
- recirculation line wasn't installed correctly
- HRV wasn't configured correctly which resulted in humid air being pumped into our house during the hottest months. Our wood work swelled because of it.
- Thermostats were never programmed, fan speed was set to the highest setting
- Hot and cold water lines were crossed for half of the upstairs. They cut into new drywall to switch the lines.
- Ducts were never labeled, that resulted in several trips to correct
- HVAC was making a whistling noise due to leaks in the duct work that wasn't installed correctly. (still whistles)
- Upstairs modular shower is squeaking due to being installed incorrectly
- Pot filler was installed incorrectly, water ended up leaking down the back wall damaging drywall in the basement bedroom

Dave Jones is a dumpster fire. Stay away. If you're building a new home and they are listed as a contractor, request someone else.

Had a sink drainage problem I thought I could correct myself - not. Nick came and we discovered it wasn't a simple fix of cleaning out a trap. He was persistent in finding the problem and clearing the drain pipe that was well down into the system where something clogged it. Great job!

We came home to no heat in our home and a puddle of water on the floor and water dripping down the walls. We called for service thinking it was the heater but these were two unrelated issues that technician Trevor serviced in a timely manner. He took the time to explain the issues, why they happened, and what he was doing to fix them both. He went above and beyond and diagnosed that we had a faulty hose bringing the water to the dishwasher which was causing the leak through to the basement. I would recommend Dave Jones and technician Trevor to anyone out there having an issue with their furnace!

Zilvinas Serva, the tech who preformed our annual humidifier and furnace tuneup today took the time to answer any questions we had as well as explained what he was doing along the way. We greatly appreciated his patience and thouroughness. His professionalism and knowledge makes him definitly an assist to your company.

The kitchen sink got clogged and after several tries at un-clogging it and the pipes below started to leak, it was time to call a plumber. The local plumbers were busy and not sure if they could unclog it. One of them recommended Dave Jones, Inc.

Now I know Dave Jones, Inc to be a big company that does big commercial buildings. Why would they help me with this little problem? But I called them and they were very nice on the phone and could come to my house in 2 days.

Bob, the technician arrived an hour early and I was still in my PJs. Never the less, I was happy to see him. I showed him the problem and he said 'No problem. Let me get to work'. Well, he did. The leaking pipes were off in minutes. He put an arguer down the pipes for 30 feet and then installed new pipes. This took about 35 minutes. He tested the new pipes with both hot and cold water. No leaks from the sink, it flowed like a river.

The price was within what I expected, good services, he was polite and efficient.

Next time you have a small plumbing job, Dave Jones, Inc. Maybe you too will get lucky and get Bob.

I called Dave Jones because I had a water heater issue, they had been out to fix a similar issue 6 months prior. Not only did I receive same day and timely service, but Bob the tech was friendly, polite, and extremely knowledgeable.
Bob fixed my issue in no time and not once did he make me feel like he was in a hurry or had other places to go. He took his time educating me and offering recommendations on using a water softener. Bob also gave me pricing on a new water heater should I choose to replace it the next time.
The entire trip was covered by a warranty they stood by on there initial trip 6 months earlier. Thank you Bob & Dave Jones for an outstanding customer relationship and experience.

My heat wasn't working properly. I called after hours and left a message. I received a call back and they let me know I could wait until the next day based on what was going on. That saved me the big after hours charge, which I appreciated! Scheduled a service call for later. They called me before they came so I didn't have to leave work too early, and troubleshot and serviced my furnace. I only needed to be home for an hour, and it wasn't too terrible in the cost department.
